My husband and I have never been so pleased with our new bathrooms we had replaced this week. Darias, Jaland, Richard, and Jashawn were extremely competent. They worked quickly and made sure we understood all the phases of planning for each level of completion. These gentlemen made sure each area was cleaned thoroughly each day before they left. The guys came in and steady worked on our walk I shower. Justin Balsama and Carl C done a fantastic job on our shower, gave us all the information we needed and cleaned up our bathroom. It looked better than when they started. Thank you West Shore Home and to Carl and Justin.

Absolutely outstanding service! Carl C. and Jashawn J. were an incredible team—polite, professional, and impressively efficient from start to finish. The installation of my parents' new shower was flawless, and their attention to detail was second to none. What truly amazed me was how clean they left the job site—you’d never know any work had even been done! Their craftsmanship and professionalism exceeded our expectations.
