We had an excellent experience with JS. I needed to have floors redone in a home I am trying to sell. Javier was very responsive and his team arrived and finished on time. The floors look amazing. They even fixed a spot that needed to be repaired. The pricing was well below other contractors. I would highly recommend Javier and his team.

Javier and his crew were outstanding. I had my kitchen and dining room floors done. They moved all the furniture and were finished in a day and a half. Not only do my floors look brand new, their workmanship is second to none. They took great care taping the rooms and the rest of my house was dust free.

The colors they recommended were the trendy ones everybody wants and have made a huge difference in the interior look of my home. I chose Jacobean stain with a matte finish and I am amazed at the look. They look brand new. Thank you Javier and your entire team. The speed at which you refinished and renewed all of the hardwood floors in my home and the fair, reasonable price you charged blew me away. I don’t believe I could have found anyone who could have done a better quality job at such a fair price.

The absolute best in town! Javier was consistent and made the timeframe we needed to get moved into our new home. He always had answers to all questions and also went out of his way to show us samples to make sure we were able to choose what we wanted!

Besides the floors being beautiful, they let me mix several combinations of stains to get to the one I loved, wove in new boards where needed, went over a problem area (of my making) until it was perfect, were friendly and helpful, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Typical stains, Holes and the damage of raising a family in this home has make the hardwoods look a little rough.
Javier and his crew jumped in and tackled this job. After carefully sanding and preparing the old floors they helped us pick out a stain and finish to bring out the life on these ol floors.
His work was on time and budget and as you can see they did an outstanding job.
5 stars....and I plan on using them in the future .
