Carolina Contractors did a fantastic job. I hired them to extend a wall and put a door frame in for a bonus room that had no door when we bought the house. The whole process was extremely easy and I would 100% hire again for other projects.

Jim and George were great to work with. The work was very sound and the price was very reasonable. There demeanor is very courteous and helpful. The time to complete the project was a little slower than it might have been with a larger firm but the quality was phenomenal. Would highly recommend supporting this small business. Carolina Contractors has done a few jobs for me over the years at my home and have done a phenomenal job. They keep a clean work area are prompt courteous and have superior workmanship. Their workmanship is amazing and they are just so very kind and courteous!!!

From the beginning both Jim and George have been helpful and accommodating in fixing previous issues we had on our sunroom and deck. We were hesitant in working w/ another contractor due to the miscommunication and poor workmanship w/ our previous contractor and they helped put our minds at ease! We could not be anymore happier w/ our new deck, it’s beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone who needs any deck work done or anything else for that matter!

Outstanding customer service and craftsmanship. George and Jim were great. We are super happy with our deck. It was replanked with trex decking and railings replaced with trex rails. Installed new screening and support posts also added a bar counter on the lower patio. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely use Carolina Contractors again for any future projects. Carolina Contractors is an awesome company. They rebuilt my mom's carport and did an excellent job. They are very professional and kept us in the loop at all stages of the job. We recently used Carolina Contractors to have a deck built for a 24 foot round above ground pool and cannot be any more satisfied. Jim and George came out, provided an estimate and worked with us to determine the best layout. They showed up when they said they would every time and their pricing was very reasonable. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail given in building the deck far exceeded my expectations. George and Jim both had suggestions on how to make the deck look nice. George recommended picture framing the deck edge, which turned out great. Throughout this construction they showed they cared about the quality of finished product they delivered and not just throwing something together. They reminded me of my old hometown mechanic that took care of his customers, knowing they would be back and taking pride in the work done. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I just wanted something basic that extended my outdoor living. I was thrilled with the results. More beautiful than I imagined and very well built.

I give Carolina Contractors five stars based on their professional hard and soft skills. We asked them to reconfigure cabinet space, convert a doorway, and add additional wooden shelving to pantry that matches existing shelves.
On the hard skills: clearly knowledgeable (asked the right questions), made proper measurements and worked in a smart way, and executed the plan according to our wishes. They also were careful to clean up at the end of each shift. Soft skills: friendly, timely, and responsive communications; flexible enough to work around household conflicts, and dealt with our dog running around while they worked. Thank you, George from Carolina Contractors! Have already started a new project with them, this one outdoors.
