Master Tree Service gave me a great quote to have trees removed from our property. They arrived promptly, were very professional, cleaned up debris before they left and replaced the fence and post which had to be removed to allow access for the skidsteer. I'll definitely call on them again.

Just had Roberto and his crew take care of removing a 35ft dead River Birch. No access for equipment and tricky to access. All they needed were some ropes and a chainsaw! Even cut it up for me for firewood. Done in 15 min.! Great work Roberto! - Jim

My experience with Master Tree service was top notch. The other companies I talked to wanted to use a crane to lift the huge old oak over my house. Due to the location of the tree, and the potential damage to my driveway I wanted a traditional top down removal. Roberto and his crew did a great job without disturbing the rest of the backyard. I will be calling them again when I need further tree service.

While I do not wish to DISCREDIT the company as they did an excellent job on my tree removal, I did call them back out for my stump grinding a few weeks later after getting lines marked by NC811 and that was a HORROR STORY TO DEAL WITH THEM!!! NO COMMUNICATION/NO RETURN CALLS/TEXT... Finally I refused to give up since they did such a good job with the tree I called 1x more time and someone picked up the phone scheduled for the following wed morning 9am... called/texted to confirm that tues they were still coming NO RESPONSE!!! WED 8AM got a call we decided to take another job this morning and move you down later in the day... ok, what time? 2pm well THEY DINDT SHOW, DIDNT CALL NOTHING STILL NOTHING!!!! MY HOA has sent me a fine notice $100 per day!!! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!!

I used Master Tree Service LLC today to cut down a tree in my yard today and WOW!!! What an AMAZING AWESOME JOB these gentlemen did!!! They worked FAST and I am beyond impressed with the work performed! Will have them back in coming weeks to have stump grinding, I highly recommend and price was reasonable!
