They are an amazing group to work with. They keep the clients' visions in mind when designing and building. They will carefully explain why a request is not feasible, such as why a pocket door will not fit in the space provided. They are very detail oriented and customer-driven.

I am using Southeastern for a commercial Data Center Build and despite supply chain issues and normal material construction delays they have been able to keep things moving along on the project. Communication and Documentation regarding progress has been satisfactory. Making sure we have a quality contractor to install our mission critical equipment has been a refreshing experience!

He has built luxury homes, modern homes, traditional homes and top of the line commercial buildings. He has managed and executed Army federal contracts successfully. He's genuinely an amazing person! All of his personal employes are expected to have pride in their work and all of them are pleasant, responsive, and courteous. I personally couldn't recommend anyone more trusting to build your dream home or your profitable commercial property.
