I've been using them for a number of years now and my lawn looks great! If you live in the Carolina's its extremely important to get the crabgrass preventer put down at the right time of year. They nail it every year!

I called Spring Green to pay my bill and understand why I was charged 297.29 for Core & Overseed for the fall. I was under the assumption that this service included treatment every 6 weeks in the spring. When I contacted the office to discuss my service package, the representative wasn't able to accurately answer my question around the service I received. After asking about my service question in several different way and receiving the same blanketed response. I requested to speak with the manager. I was placed on hold and when Chrissy returned, I was told the manager heard the whole conversation and the price is set and refused to speak with me.

I was taken aback, this is a poor excuse of leadership and disrespect to me as the customer. I merely wanted to understand what lawn service package I purchased and why my bill was so high. It was never about the bill or requesting to reduce the price. I was seeking clarity to fully understand what I purchased and what I needed to purchase to receive the best package. I was so mad that I replied that they could take me to court for payment!

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY I WAS HANDLED!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVCIE AND THIS IS A TRAINING OPPORTUNITY FOR THE FRONT LINE MANAGER & REPRESENTATIVE...

I pressure wash alot of homes in the Bailey Glens neighborhood in corneilus. I've come across a couple of the employees here and they are great. Super easy to work with and king people. Very personable. Would recommend.

Spring-Green service is exceptional. My experience with their services for over 5 years thus far is A+, affordable and 5 Star!! Spring-Green's fertlization, weed control and annual aeration services were very beneficial. My wife and I highly recommend their quality of services.

I have tried various "green" companies in my 6+ years in my house because I could never get the desired results I was looking for. Ever since I switched to Spring Green I have had much better results at keeping my lawn green and healthy.

I wanted Spring Green to work out really bad but it just didn’t. I gave them a full two years to get my yard in good shape and it’s now in worse shape them when I moved into my house three years ago.

Last summer I had 3/4 of my back yard completely die in August. They said it was brown patch and I bought into it and spent around $100 to get rid of it. They over seeded and aerated and my lawn and a hurricane came a week later and washed away all the seed, lime, and fertilizer - Obviously not their fault but I asked for them to come out and put more seed down and they would not. I spent another $75 myself to put seed down.

Fast forward to this summer and my lawn looked good until July. I watered my lawn 4/5 days a week throughout the summer and my lawn not only died, but went to complete dirt. I called and complained and they tried to come up with excuses. They again came and aerated and over seeded. Afterwards I walked around the yard to check their work and almost no seed was put down in the areas that were completely dirt. I called, they again gave excuses and said they’d take soil samples. Been several weeks and no response and I have a million weeds in my lawn. Not sure what I paid them for over the last two years but my lawn is absolute garbage. Spent over $900 with them and probably $500 on my own. I do not recommend them.

We really struggled with weeds and bermudagrass in our fescue lawn this year, but we recently signed up with Spring Green and have already seen a huge improvement. I am very hopeful to get things back under control and keep it under control. The service I have received so far has been outstanding, with knowledgeable and friendly staff, great communication, and an overall excellent value.

Spring Green has greatly improved the appearance of my lawn.Every lawn technician has been professional courteous friendly.I complained one time (in the winter) about some areas on my front lawn and the owner came out racked out the bad area and planted new seed. THAT IS SOME GREAT SERVICE.

I had to start from scratch with a dirt weed infested lawn and they recommended the right irrigation people, helped with the new care of the sod and in 1 year went from nothing to a nice green lawn, the best in the neighborhood. The staff are always on time, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend you try them out and see for yourself.
