Technician was very knowledgeable! He had a very methodical and logical approach to diagnostic testing. He was patient and ensured I understood the diagnostic testing.
He was quickly able to determine the source of the issue and the corrective action needed.

Maytag top-load washer with an error code tied to a slow drain and a steady water drip onto the floor. I called and was able to get same day service. Alex P kept in constant contact, was on time, professional and my fur baby loved him. After he drained all the water from the washer, he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. Alex advised the issue was the water pump seal had been broken and it needed to be replaced. Pretty sure that was on me as I followed a video on how you check for a clogged pipe, lol!! I need to leave that stuff to the professionals. Highly recommend Smartfix appliance and repair.

This company is absolutely amazing. The first time they came out (Virgo) my refrigerator compressor went out. This was Memorial day. The amazing thing the had the part in hand and fixed same day. Second time they came out ( Virgo & another person) my dishwasher was leaking they had the part in hand and fixed same day. Third time they came out ( Dmytro) my water and icemarker dispenser was not dispensing. This was a special order. Our door came in today & they came out (Dmytro)( It's a Sunday) . He got my new door installed. These gentlemen are simply amazing honest & very professional. The best thing is these men always explains the problem/ issues on the appliances. They deserve more then 5 stars. Many Thanks fellas. I have you folks on speed dial. I've also posted this company on my neighborhood FB page.

Smart fix appliance repair was exceptional for an emergency gas leak situation. They were able to adjust their schedule to come same day which was a busy weekend, Saturday to be precise. Not only did they not charge us a premium, they price-matched or BETTER a competitor (like their advertisement) read,even with that competitor not being able to come until Monday. The most standout part of their service was the friendly and knowledgeable technician Valera. I recommend asking for him by name yet I'm sure the rest of their techs are capable too because the company did everything right. Their merchant service payment processing was simple as other outfits only take cash or check, some even charge extra for credit. Bless this company and peace for Russia - Ukraine & the world

Solid customer service on the front end. Quick repair on the back end. They showed up an hour early despite being asked not to and the tech did not speak English. Otherwise, decent work overall.

Over the last several months, I have had them out two times. Both experiences have been incredible. They can fix anything. The communication is excellent. The techs are very professional. Had Valerii come fix my oven. Was early and super quick. Knew what he was doing. Good price. Highly recommend

I was really hoping to get my oven working today, but it was not meant to be. Our GE gas oven is only 3 years old, but the igniter keeps going out and we’ve had it replaced twice (not with this company).

When the technician arrived, we told him the oven wasn’t heating and we had previously replaced the igniter. He went to the oven and took it apart and then went to the truck and came back with…an igniter. We were hoping for a more thorough diagnostic to determine if there is a reason WHY the igniter keeps going out but there was a lack of communication and no reason provided. The part was quoted as $112 and $185 for labor. An igniter change is less than 30 minutes of work, especially for a professional and the original GE part is $51.87.

We declined and paid the $75 service fee rather than investing in the same oven fix.

Updated 10/29 to reflect the amazing customer service provided by the owner and dispatcher at SmartFix Appliance Repair. They personally reached out to me to make this right and offered to send a different technician out the next day for a more thorough diagnosis. Although we have decided to purchase a different model stove, I commend the team for striving to make it right and showing that they truly value my business.

Scheduling was easy. I was sent an appointment reminder via text. I received the text when the technician was on the way along with a picture. The technician was through with confirming the issue I wanted address. Kept me informed of the findings along with my options & additional recommendations. The area was left clean after the work. Payment options were convenient.

My repair person (from Ukraine- I can’t spell his name) is very knowledgeable, pleasant and explained the reason the repair was needed, removing the broken part to show me. I will request him for any future repairs
