Steven, the technician that came out, not only was one of the most professional and personal individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, but took time and explained everything to me on my level. Tony and Cody worked all day in 100 degree heat to install a new HVAC system. They were on time and stayed until the job was finished. They protected our floors and cleaned up well.

Our air went out after a storm on 9/25. Triad Heating and Cooling had a technician out in the morning 9/26 with the repair being completed on 9/27. The technician Jeff was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He completed work quickly and got our air back up in no time. I really appreciate the quick turnaround to get our air back on especially with the tropical weather moving through.

They were quick to get me scheduled, and arrived promptly when expected (even a little early). Very thorough, explained things clearly, and got the problem fixed quickly. Jeff was very knowledgeable and I appreciate his help and work!
