KRG has been very responsive and professional both in identifying the problem with my stormwater drain and in replacing it. All without needing to dig out the drain. Thank you so much for a job well done and the attention to details with the landscaping and the concrete junction box cover.

KRG Utility went above and beyond and beyond and beyond to help us. Our contractor did not properly install our sewer drainage pipe. If it had not been for KRG, our 6 year old home would have been red-tagged and we would have lost it to foreclosure. KRG did the necessary repairs and literally saved our home. KRG is the BEST!!!!!

We had a water leak at one of our tenant's properties that we needed to attempt video where the cause of the leak was coming from. The same day we reached out to them within a couple of our they sent a team to our tenant's site and were able to assist with attempting to camera the underground utility to locate the cause of the leak. The team they sent out was very professional, communicated and also patient with us as we all tried to figure out the source of the water leak. We've utilized KRG several times in the past to video underground utilities for upcoming projects along with sending their camera into pipes to find the causes of water leaks. If YOU are looking for an unpleasant, experience with an unprofessional crew that will lower your expectations, property value, a company with no regard to children safety, that leave your property/vehicles a hot mess and mock your Christian Faith causing homeowners to have to complain… Well then look no further this is your company!
