They were able to send out a technician the same day we needed it and Kevin installed our new thermostat. He also pulled unit information with warranties since we recently moved in our home and emailed them to me. And he also help me set up the new thermostat. I will definitely be calling them again 😊

The very first time we had Jordan’s to come out, our AC had gone out in the middle of summer. I sent a message to them around 7p at night thinking I would not hear back until the next day. They responded that evening and were at my house the next morning to fix it. We have used them ever since. Very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them!

Jordan came to my house today and installed a new Rheem Gas Pack; they were on time, were polite and professional. Luke and Skyler worked all day long and did a excellent job; there was not a scrap of anything left in my yard. Just love this company; and they saved me nearly $2000 more than my other estimate.

Excellent and prompt service. I have had several issues both with my heating and air conditioning and they have been able resolve them all quickly.

We have been using Jordan H&AC for years. They installed new ducts throughout the house, and have been maintaining our heat pump/ac units. We joined their service plan in which we pay a small monthly fee which entitles us to included service on our heating in the fall and AC in the spring. This also gives us a discount on any additional service we might need.

During an unusually COLD, COLD, COLD CHRISTMAS EVE, our downstairs heater went out. I called before they were open and within a few minutes, the on-call technician returned my call and within 2 hours he was at my house repairing my furnace. They could have gouged me ($$) but they didn’t! They were able to get the heat pump running “for now”; then they looked up my warranty and ordered the part needed using the warranty! When they came to repair the heat pump, I only had to pay for service, which was discounted since I have the service plan!

Every single interaction I have had with anyone with Jordan Heating and Air Conditioning has been professional and polite, from the person answering the phone to every technician that has come to our house. I’m always told exactly what they are doing, asked if I have any questions, and listened to when I have a request or question. The technicians (mine is usually Kevin) always clean up after themselves, which is an extra bonus.

We have used this company since 1989. They are awesome. We had issues one year during a holiday but received a quick response. Their maintenance program is great. All of the technicians have been personable, professional and quick. You can't go wrong using this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.
