Doug's Appliance is a great place for applications repair. You may have to wait a couple of days to get on the schedule. But great service. Highly recommended!!!!

Great experience having my refrigerator serviced. Tech showed up on time, was courteous, and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them.

Horrible customer service . They called to confirm my address I did . Apparently if you don’t confirm your actual appointment they won’t show up!!!! Don’t use them !!!

Gave me a 4 hour time frame and never showed up. No updates nothing.

They have great customer service. As soon as the part came in. They installed the part and the washer was working 10 minutes later. Highly recommended and the technician was professional.

We contracted this guy to fix out icemaker. He insisted it was a seal when I thought the seal was fine. He's the professional, right? He comes back later with the new seal he charged us for and it was a universal kit the he did a horrible job installing. He had to cut the pattern himself (not an OEM seal) and the new seal is ten times worse than the old seal. We gave up on the icemaker. I hear garys appliances in rieglewood is the way to go but idk his work personally.

Supper nice ! On time !! I used them years ago to fix my Samsung washer this time my Maytag ! They really know what there doing and I greatly appreciate them !!!

I would not use this company. They will not repair your unit and tell you that the part is not in stock. They had us hemmed up for 3 months and they kept telling us that they had the part and then they didn't have the part. We are older people with a son with MS. We needed our dryer. They just kept jerking us around. I would not use this company.

Only used this company because inital contact was through manufacture warranty work. Unfortunaturely had to use them again with crappy results. They are not dependable and will tell you one thing and not follow through on what they say. Its been a very frustrutating two weeks without a refrigerator and to date I'm without. If you need appliance work I WILL NOT recommend this company!!

Had an issue with my refrigerator and called this shop. Dickie, the service technician, came out the same day and assessed my appliance. He was able to fix the problem and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hometown business.

It's the worst. Once Doug appliance get your money they don't give a dam about you If you called them back out to your home about a problem that they claim is fix. My refrigerator is still not working after saying it's repaired by Doug Appliances and it's been over a week starting there sorry and will come out as soon as they can...

Company just not dependable , came home today for a 1 to 3 pm app. , but nobody showed up. I guess my time is not worth what theirs is . If lowes don't contract with someone else for repair service I would be hard pressed to buy from some other company. I am also going to run a copy of all reviews because evidently lowes hasn't read them.

Dougs Appliance Repairs out of Lumberton, NC were Amazing! Our Samsung Drier stopped working over the weekend and fortunately for us it was still under the one year manufactures warranty. We were contacted by Dougs Appliances within 24 hours and they sent a service technician out the following business day. (Dickie ) The service technician was very polite and best of all very knowledgeable in his field of work . He identified the problem and had it repaired and running under 45 minutes! I will definitely recommend Dougs Appliance Repairs to friends and family in the future. 2 Thumbs Up !!

Had to pickup and drop off my dryer 3 times and still doesn't work after two loads. Told me it was repaired and working each time. Don't waste your money with this place . They can fix anything newer.

I dropped the fridge off on a Friday morning, and was told they wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday morning.. Which I was okay with. This company does not call you to let you know what's going on! I had called a few times and they didn't even plug it in to start diagnosing the problem until THURSDAY, almost a week later from when I Had dropped off my fridge!! It's not like its a vacuum, i actually NEED a fridge!! Anyways It took a week and a half before I was able to get the fridge back. The pricing wasn't too bad, I guess that's the one good thing... I won't be bringing my appliances there again.

If ever you need an appliance repaired call Doug's Appliance of Lumberton. He came out to my house one day, found the problem , ordered the part and I had my washing machine back going again in just a few days. And they didn't try to rob me. Their charges are very reasonable . Thank you Doug's Appliance for coming out the day I called you. 😀

I’ve used Doug’s Appliances several times over the years to buy parts for appliances. Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. Customer service is wonderful and if the part I need isn’t in, they order and I always have it within a few days! If I ever need someone to come to my home and fix my appliances I will utilize them. They are professional and timely.

Made initial call on November 23, was told by receptionist, that Tech will come the day before Thanksgiving (really) this guy was a no call no show until Dec 8. Kept calling to find out what the deal was, was told that tech would definitely come today was back logged ( only one tech, I assume). Terrible work ethic, and horrible customer service skills on both the office people and tech people. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible simply terrible!

Was given an appointment with this company to repair my Samsung dryer through Geek squad warranty with an 8am-12pm window. Read reviews that this company has piss poor communication and professionalism so I started calling at 7:30am to make sure that someone would be coming and I would get a call before they were on the way. Finally got an answer and she says that they won’t be able to make it today. It’s 10am. I have missed time off of work and now they want to reschedule for Monday and say they will call between 7:30a-8:30a Monday morning to give me a 2 hour window. (Nothing still set in stone). These people are very inconsiderate and the reviews don’t surprise me. If this wasn’t the company that Geek Squad contracted out I would not give them another chance to waste my time or money!
