We have been very pleased with our crawl space encapsulation. Devin the service technician was very nice and professional.

Purchased a home in Charlotte area earlier this year, as a part of transaction it was noted that there was moisture in the crawlspace.

Crawl Space Brothers came out and provided a very comprehensive assessment free of charge, with good photos that helped us negotiate a credit from the seller. After we bought the home, we had CSB do a full encapsulation with an Aprilaire dehumidifier. Every aspect of the work was top quality, the crew worked at it for about 3 days (3700 ft sq area), and the final result was honestly too nice looking to be in a crawlspace. I wish I had taken some photos before we had other trades in the crawlspace for other work. Very thoughtful and respectful crew, also.

The electrical work for the new dehumidifier circuit was subbed to a licensed electrician and these guys also did great work.

The cost for all the work was very reasonable, too.

Highly recommended, can't say enough good things about these guys.
