Matt at MCS was on-time, very responsive to all my questions, and asked a lot of questions himself to get at the root of the problem. When he found the issue, he didn't stop there, he used critical thinking to figure out what could really be causing the issue. He had a hunch and checked it out and his hunch turned out to be what was causing the issue! He made sure to test everything, wear booties in the house and truly took pride in his work. If there are any issues moving forward I will ask for him.

My furnace upstairs wasn't keeping up with the frigid cold the last couple of weeks. The tech came and did some fine tuning and voila, no more issues. Extremely happy!!!

Miller Contracting Services gave me the best deal of all the other HVAC companies. Their price was thousands less than the competition. They installed the unit on time and my heat and air have never worked better since I have been living in Rock Hill for 25 years. I highly recommend them for installation and service.

I do not like write reviews but I will do at this time. I few weeks ago my air conditioning stop working, well after 20 year, believe me this is not a joke, seriously. The first thing is to call your friends and get references, looking for a good prices and quality of course.
My friend recommended me this company and I spoke with one of the owner, Mr. Miller, after 30 min. They where in my home, was a bad news for to replace the unit🙁. They did not charge for it.
My wife was searching too and we compare the prices, well best solución MCS, I called again and next day they put a new unit.
I will like to recommend this company and give my 5 stars, ask for Brian and Jean, very nice technicians.

I have used MCS for more than 8 years and always have wonderful service. They do everything they can do get there asap and I have never waited more than 6 hours when I have called with a unit down. The ladies in the office are wonderful and the service techs are friendly and professional. They have called and fault with the manufacturer before to get something covered so I didn't have to pay! I have several friends and family members that use them and are equally as happy! Thanks for the fast repair on Friday!

I am a retired GC and used Miller Contracting Services for years for all of my new installations, as well as for service. They are professionals, know their stuff, and don't try to over sell. Yesterday, my heat went out so I gave them a call. I wanted to make sure that my heat was running with the temps forecast in the teens for the next couple of nights. It was less than two hours from the time I placed my call for service until their service tech had me running again. I know that no one can provide that prompt of service every time, but these guys will take good care of you at a reasonable price when you call them. I have no problem recommending them.

Miller contracting completed the initial install in our newly built home in 2006 (20 years ago). I cannot believe that much time has passed. We have never had a problem they couldn't fix within a day or two and they have always been very forthright with the issues. They have never pushed unnecessary repairs and always answer all of my questions. We did have to get two new HVAC units within the last couple of years and they were very fair with their pricing. I see some poor reviews here and I know everyone has different experiences but I'm genuinely surprised given my own experiences.

I'm going to say up front that this is NOT a review of any work done, as I did not hire this company for their services. However, one of their vans was driving so fast and aggressively on 485 earlier today that he almost ran 2 cars off the road, one of them being me. If the employees of this company are willing to drive the company vehicle like that in public, they don't seem like they would care very much about your property or getting the job done right if you hired them for a job. On these ground I would strongly encourage that no one use this company.

RACIST! CROOKS! CAUGHT THERE TECHNICIAN ON THE PHONE OUTSIDE SAYING IM A DUMB &@$! AND THERE GOING TO SELL ME A NEW SYSTEM AND NOT FIX IT !! OWNER DIDNT CARE !!!

I have a service contract with them and have been calling for over four hours to fix my A/C with zero call back as the temperature is 100 degrees. Do NOT use them!!!!!

Don't ever use these people. Tammy in their office will make every excuse as to why they can't come out. Horrible customer service person and will never admit it is there problem. I've had them out multiple times and they can't fix the problem. On top of that, their guy logged in that he checked the system out and he admitted to me that he didn't. That the electrician found the issue. Don't use these people period.

Miller was contracted by our builder for heat/AC. Our upstairs unit failed after a power outage. A tech came out but said we needed a senior tech. A second appointment was made with a senior tech for a week later. We waited all day for no one to show, no phone call. We scheduled again for next day, they called an hour before to cancel. Headed into 2 weeks with no AC upstairs. And over a week since anyone has come out. I’d say not the best at respecting our time.
