Jacob and Mason were completely professional and efficient. They knew immediately what the issue was with our oven, that there was a certain part needed, but they were concerned since the part is no longer made, we might be out of luck, but they wanted to check their shop to see if they happened to have the part. They went back to their shop, then drove back here right away with the exact part we needed. Then they quickly repaired the oven and were on their way. We will be sure to call them again and again for any appliance issues in the future.

Mason and Jacob were very professional, clean cut and friendly. They repaired our washer and dryer. The evening after the repairs, our washer acted up. We called and left a message, and our called was returned early the next morning. They came back and found a connection loose, fixed it and ran the washer thru a cycle and it performed as it should. I highly reccomend them for your major appliance repairs!

I want to give Mason a "thumbs up" for great service! He was knowledgeable and explained everything we could do to prevent a similar problem with our refrigerator in the future.
As I said in a previous review, I will use Davie Appliance for all my appliance needs from now on!

I had to use Davie Major Appliance Repair for a washer repair. I called on Monday morning and Mike had my repair completed on Tuesday. He also fixed an issue I had with my dryer while he was there. The repair rates were totally fair and reasonable. I was provided complete, professional and timely customer service. I will definitely call Davie Major Appliance again if I need a repair. I highly recommend them.

All of the above. I called with an issue with my washer and they were responsive to my needs and made an appointment in a record time. The technician, Jacob Nobles, came out and determined the problem right away. A part had to be ordered, but he made enough adjustments that I could use my washer temporarily. Good thing, because before I could get scheduled to have a return the visit, I tested positive for COVID and had to postpone any return visits. The office staff as well as Jacob worked with me in such a kind and thoughtful way to meet my needs and timelines in regards to the return visit. Also, while at my home Jacob was professional and thoughtful as well as courteous and efficient. This was my first contact with this business, but it will not be my last. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs this service.

Developed a leak in our washer. Davie appliance repair was out to see us same day. Technician, Jake, was able to check out our machine, found the problem and immediately ordered the part. He was back next day, installed the part and our washer is working perfectly.

We were very please with the repair job that Jacob did. He was on time, neat, and respectful. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining our problem. Also, very honest about what we needed at this time. We would definitely call them again for any major appliance service.

The water drain line in our refrigerator was frozen and blocked. Mike diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired it, flushed it out, rechecked his work, and did a great job. Absolutely the best experience. First visit replaced worn components in my washing machine, problem wasn't resolved. The owner came out shortly afterward and spent the time for a complete repair! He wasn't happy until it "sounded" right. Both Mike and Dakota are professionals you can trust. I'd give them 10 stars if the review allowed.

Called around 1145am. Noticed my fridge was getting warm. Mason was there at 1pm in Davidson county. I had one of the biggest ice build ups in the freezer you could imagine. Took 2 hours to get it all out. Mason was professional, explained every step of the way and got it done as fast as possible. Best news. They charge by the job, not hour. I was floored with how cheap my bill was for travel, diagnosis and 2 hr treatment to remedy the problem. Would highly recommend and will use again

I have had many repairmen over the years but this company is by far the most competent and dependable company I have come across. I did not get a 8:00 to 5:00 appointment, very informative friendly and they most important they showed up with out tying up my whole day with nothing to show. AMAZING!!! I am the owner of a small business, my washer and dryer are critical to my daily operations. From the moment I called I felt like their most important customer. They got onsite sooner than expected, they diagnosed the problem very quickly. They were able to get the parts and be back on site the very next morning!! Which I found amazing given the supply constraints most things are under. The repair was completed very quickly and my business is running again with no worries!! Great same day Service. I called early in the Morning and someone was at My house a few hours later.

The Diagnostic and Repairs were completed shortly after that. Thankfully the repair part needed was on his truck.

After all other local repair companies couldn't get me scheduled until mid-November, I called David Major and they sent Mike out in less than 24 hours. He was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem with my fridge and was very detailed in his repair. Great job and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend and if I ever need any other appliances fixed, I will definitely call Davie Major!!!

They were quick to get my washing machine serviced and got it working again. Unfortunately it turned out it stopped again. The owner came out the next day and tried himself. Their level of professionalism and knowledge is awesome! I would definitely recommend them! Mason and Mr Baker were wonderful!

This company is awesome to work with. Came out the day I called them. The nicest young man came, found the issue, ordered parts and came back in a few days to finish the fix. Only 1 service call for 2 trips and the labor charge was very reasonable. I will definitely use again if needed and would highly recommend if you need service!!!
