Greg and his team has been cleaning out our septic since 2018. We only use Lyons Septic due to all of their qualities. Most important reliability, trustworthy and availabilities even during emergencies! We love them!

Greg Lyons was outstanding! On time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I had uncovered the secondary tank and Gregg quickly identified it and found the primary one and had everything pumped out in no time. Highly recommend his services.

Tanks were full of water but we had them pumped a year ago. The owner Greg was super nice and came out to inspect the system and discovered our pump wasn’t working properly. He also took some time to educate me about maintenance and how the system works. Really helped us out of a jam. Thank you Greg!

I was absolutely blown away by Greg's professionalism and timely service. I noticed something last week with my septic system and was advised by another company to let it settle down and see if it resolved itself...it didn't resolve itself. I called two other companies and wasn't able to get a hold of anyone, and then I called Greg with Lyon's Septic Tank Service and he picked up the phone, took my information, and was at my house on the same day just a couple of hours later. He diagnosed the issue, was very professional, educated me and answered all of my questions and was incredibly informative of how to help it not happen again. Greg and his brother showed up this afternoon to pump my tank. Couldn't have been any easier - they were friendly, professional, and on-time. It only took a few minutes and they were kind enough to educate me on what they were doing and what to look out for. It took a few weeks to get on the schedule but easily worth the wait. The price was fair, and the guys were great - lifelong residents of the area and a locally owned business. What else are you waiting for? Give them a call!

Extremely happy customer!! Everyone I talked to was so nice and professional.  They showed up on time, put everything back as it was when they were finished, and even shared advice for how to improve the performance of our septic system by cleaning the filter yearly because mine was clogged.  I especially like how open and honest they were about being able to clean the filter myself, or if I prefer I could have them come out and do it for a small service charge.  They truly have the customer's best interest in mind and I will absolutely be using Lyons for all my septic needs for years to come.

These guys are great. They bent over backwards to work me into their busy schedule, even on short notice for my home septic tank pump out and filter cleaning. I can't say what's not already been said, so I echo that Lyon's responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality are top notch. We had a 3rd riser installed on our system for more easy access to the solids chamber and to help keep groundwater out. Lyon's supplied, delivered and installed swiftly with positive results and competitive pricing.

Our overflowing grease trap needed to be pumped. I called Greg on a Tuesday afternoon and he took care of our problem by Wednesday evening. They did a wonderful job. The company who had our business kept telling me "we'll go this week." After 4 weeks i decided to call Lyons septic. Lyon's pricing was even better than the other company. Lyons definitely won our business. Excellent!!

After experiencing slow tub drain, bubbles in the toilet, and useless clearing of the clean out, it was time to pump out our septic. I called several companies but Greg Lyons the owner was the only one to pick up. Not only was he courteous and polite, his price was good, and he squeezed me into his schedule the same day. Everyone else had higher quotes and unable to do it same day.

Greg kept to his promised time window and even called to let me know when he was on the way. Since I was on the way when he arrived, Greg patiently explained everything to my wife and worked with her to make sure the pipes were running smoothly after the pump out was done. When I arrived he showed me photos of the before and after and explained that although my tank had not been full, it was time for pump out and that there was a tissue block in the pipes that had been cleared when checking the pipe flow.

If you need septic work I would definitely recommend Lyons. Being courteous, knowledgable, on time, and friendly along with good price makes for great service!

Greg Lyons was great from the moment I made the call schedule to the moment he completed the job. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend his service. I was not sure where the primary tank was and he was able to locate and pumped out the tank in no time. He's number 1 in the business of number 2!!!

Called Lyons to say I think our septic tank needs pumping out due to the drains and toilets gurgling all the time. He came out earlier than anticipated, explained what the problem was and said we would not have made it thru the weekend with our tank being so full. Ugh! He worked to pump out all of the yuck and left us with a free flowing super septic system! Will definitely use Lyons again and highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Lyons Septic Tank Service! This was the first time ever having to have our septic tank pumped out and it could not have gone more smoothly. Easy to set up appointment and they arrived when expected and everything was done in 30 minutes or less. And since it was the first time for us, I had some questions which were explained in good detail. Very courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. Overall a very pleasant experience (never thought I'd say that about a septic tank pump out!).

We contacted Lyons Septic Tank Service for an inspection of our tank as we have been here for 3 years. My call was answered by one of the owners and he told me he was a month out but would contact me with a time and date after that time and he did! These gentlemen were on time, courteous, professional, and took the time to answer all our questions. We were saved by Lyons service this New Year and we can’t thank them enough. They were on their way to assist our neighbors with a septic issue when google “accidentally” directed them to our home where we were experiencing an unknown septic clog. We just moved into our home and we’re unpacking when our septic tank started backing up. Lyons quickly redirected and helped our neighbors and then rushed back to assist us by cleaning and unclogging our filter.
