The service was excellent. The response was quick. The technicians were efficient, professional, and thorough. They readily located the clog, obliterated it, and made certain that all appliances and drains were working normally.before they left. I highly recommend this business!

Very pleased with Pride Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I called to get some work done at my father's house. They were very prompt. The man who came out (Dad couldn't remember his name,sorry) he did a great job. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Very glad we used this company and would definitely recommend them.

I recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services. Technicians were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way before they did it. I left a message over the weekend and got a call from an after-hours tech who needed extra help for the problem I had. I appreciated that honesty! They assured me I would receive a call from their office on Monday. I received a call from a friendly office representative early the following morning. They were able to have technicians at my house during a time that was convenient for me the same day. I received a text message prior to the techs arriving which was super convenient. Again, I can’t speak highly enough of the care and service provided by the technicians.

Pride Plumbing provided us with exceptional service! We had a problem that we had dealt with for years and never was able to get it resolved. The first visit they brought a camera out and found exactly what the problem was. Scheduled the appointment to repair it quickly. From scheduling to all the employees that came out and worked on the repair were professional, hard working and very friendly! Everything works wonderfully now! Highly recommend!

We have used Pride Plumbing for the second time today. Exactly like two months ago when one of the Plumber Techs came to our home, these two technicians were as exceptional in every way as the previous one. These two techs were very curtious and informative. They checked out our problem, made phone calls to see if the proper equipment was in stock, came back inside to give us a price and explained every little detail before anything was done. This company along with their employees are hands down the very best at whatever your need would be. My husband and myself feel very fortunate to have them in our area to get our problems repaired/replaced with top notch work procedures. Thank you to the receptionist that returned my call promptly this morning and a huge thanks to Davis Truman and Johnathan Welch for your expertise work today. Long story short I called Pride Plumbing to connect a 4” PVC sewer pipe coming out of the house to the septic system. I had a separate company to do the rough in plumbing job before hand & it was rough. A total mess. I called Pride Plumbing on a Tuesday & they came out the very next day to solve all of my issues. Whereas all the other companies I called was weeks out or wouldn’t even return my call.
Bobby Smith was the technician I dealt with. Very professional & you could tell he’s the type of guy that takes “Pride” in his work. I don’t trust just anybody to do a good job but I can trust Bobby. So do yourself a favor when you need plumbing work call Pride and request Bobby.. you’ll be glad that you did.

The response by the company is false. Again, they stated $89.00 to come out. Once they were at the residence, they charged $225 just to walk in the house. Even the tech that came out stated that this was a ridiculous policy and they had provided feedback to the owners many time tonno avail. There was no visual inspection included with the $89. I called the company to discuss and still have not received a call back.

They say $89.00 to come out...okay no problem. Plumber shows up and says "it's $225 for me to come inside. If we move forward with the repair, we will credit that money towards the repair." Ok fine but why not say that on the phone when we scheduled instead of saying $89.00?? Plumber then says vanity faucet may need to be replaced. Ok, how much? $700!! You outta your damn mind? For a Delta faucet? Get bent. Take my $225 and I will be sure to leave this review for walking into my house and then telling me $700 to replace a faucet after you told me $89.00 to come out. Shady business practice.

There was no sales gimmick or misdirect; my problem was quickly diagnosed and I was provided multiple options of repair. In less than 45 minutes, we said our hellos, addressed the concern(s), and said our goodbyes. Highly recommend.

I would like to take a moment to say Thank you to Pride Plumbing. I have used Pride Plumbing for many years and have always had quick and reliable work from them. Last month Pride Plumbing was GREAT. They came out and done a complete repipe of the entire house. It only took a day to complete and the pipes look amazing. No more leaks for us. Pride Plumbing went above all expectations and I will forever recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks so much from my family and myself.

Complete scam $89 just to come out to see the job is already bit wild to me but they came out quickly and I really needed the job done. However I was then quoted almost 700 dollars to snake a toilet drain. Now im out $95 after tax and my drain is still clogged. Extremely overpriced. Unless you have at least a grand ready to spend on a simple plumbing job (toilet off and not needing to be put back on just snake a drain) I highly wouldn't recommend using the business.

**Update** New service call - The handle broke on our kitchen sink faucet. We called Pride Plumbing and they sent someone out that same day. Eddie was professional and installed a new faucet quickly. We're very satisfied with the installation and would call them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with my new shower. It's been a long time since I've seen two people work as hard as Andrew and Neff did. It took them approximately six hours to tear out our old shower and install the new one, and I never saw them stop to take any breaks or even a lunch. They were polite, friendly, and answered all my questions - the entire process went very well. I will definitely call Pride Plumbing again.

Didn’t take Colby long at all, but I can’t believe I had to pay that for 30 minutes worth of work. And that’s not Colby‘s fault
