Great HVAC installation and support.

Had issue with our AC. I couldn't get in touch with anybody by phone. We had to physically go to the office. But they where able to come and check and fix the AC that day in an timely manner.

This foghorn-leghorn guy I work with told me about this place when I was asking around for a parts house in the north of Durham area, I should have known, but I needed a motor, and wasn't gonna get a chance to get it during the regular week. Anyway, I called and asked for a 1/2 hp 220V rescue motor, and when I said i'm used to getting them for 90-100 $, this guy says "well, I need to get a little more than that for it, but yeah, I got one for you." well, I drive over there, and he has this box on the counter with "$220" written on it - remember, I'm spending someone else's money, I don't care, I just have to have it to get a job done on Saturday... so I got it for $180 - that's robbery there, I figured maybe it was gold-plated or something...but it gets better - I get to the job on Saturday, and there is a previously installed... USED... motor in the box!!! It worked, but we'll see... what would be the warranty on that purchase?

Great experience with Wesco today! Middle of July and my AC goes out, I called Wesco this morning and they sent a tech (Russell) out and he diagnosed the problem quickly and had my AC going before 11am! Thanks so much, can't ask for better service than that!

I used this company to install a 1-1/2 ton gas pack for my house. They installed a Trane which I love. Since installation a few years ago they have been back to take care of some minor issues. I have found them extremely trustworthy, honest, and helpful. I know on 2 occasions the where the issue was minor, they fixed it at no charge. These guys have my business for life.
