I've had my HVAC serviced by Chandler for two years now. His work quality is excellent and fairly priced - I highly recommend Central Carolina Climate Control.

Chandler is responsive and quick to follow up, which makes scheduling and communication easy. His work is efficient and thorough—he takes the time to make sure everything is done right the first time and explains what he’s doing along the way. Most importantly, he’s honest and trustworthy, never recommending unnecessary work. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

Chandler and William are amazing! I originally had another company come out when our 11 year old unit stopped heating and he immediately told me we needed a new unit simply based it's age and quoted us 13K for the same unit replacement. He was helpful and got us set up on emergency heat during the winter months but when he left, something just didn't feel right and I couldn't shake the feeling. I decided to reach out to Central Carolina for a second opinion after getting a referral from a family member. Chandler reached out to me the next day and was super flexible on being available during a time I would be home from work for him to visit. His was very polite and informative and shared with me exactly what was happening with our unit and helped me get it repaired under warranty. Not only was it significantly less expensive but when he left, my gut had a distinctly different reaction and I felt heard and seen by him as a human and home owner and not simply a quick payout. Due to the age of our unit, it took a few weeks for the parts to arrive but Chandler reached out to me weekly about an update on the status of our repair. I never once had to ask him for more information. He and William came out on a Saturday and repaired our unit in a few hours. They stayed to make sure it was working correctly before leaving. The next morning when I had questions I forgot to ask the day before, Chandler immediately called me and walked me through everything over the phone and offered to come back out if needed. He and Central Carolina Climate Control will forever be my heating and cooling service technicians. Easily the best experience I've had with professional help!

Chandler replaced our hvac unit. Him and his guys were quiet, in and out, and left no mess. Very satisfied!!

Very pleased. Had an ac emergency in the middle of all this heat at one of our rental properties. Texted company and they responded within 15mins. Our tenants had ac up and running within a few hrs. Central Carolina Climate Control LLC will be our go to company for all our heating and ac needs.

I highly recommend Central Carolina Climate Control. Chandler came out on a weekend. Fixed my AC, was professional and friendly. He explained exactly what was the issue and presented me with options. His cost was inline, if not cheaper than other companies. I liked him so much I have signed up to have him do all my future maintenance and cleaning. To be honest, he came highly recommended by my neighbor who I respect greatly.

Update: Chandler had to come back out because it was not cooling enough. He made some checks and adjustments, (was here about an hour) got it cooling even better and when I asked what I owed for today’s visit it was no charge. One thing he NEVER did was try and upsell me. He is now on my speed dial! 😀

As we all are nervous about having A/C work done at our homes our worries are over. I had an issue with our unit and was very pleased with Chandler. He came out with in a few moments he knew what was wrong and took care of it. He is coming back out next week to service both our A/C units. Do not hesitate calling or trusting this company straight up honest guy.

Do not hesitate to call Central Carolina Climate Control! Unfortunately we had used another contractor and they made a huge mess of installing new ductwork and vents. When I called Chandler to come and inspect their work, it was a huge catastrophe-things were hooked up backwards, ducts laying on ground under house, air handler drain not connected properly, etc. We were fit into their schedule and things have been wonderful ever since. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of our home and time. I give them my highest recommendation!

We needed our AC and air handler replaced. My experience with this company was everything one could hope for. From being knowledgeable, expedient, and professional add courteous and considerate. They came and evaluated the job and gave us a quote, kept us informed as to when they could get the materials, they were on time, they did not add on extras because their estimate was spot on, and they also cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend them to anyone, and will.

Called Chandler because our AC stopped working on a 90 degree day. He came the same day and replaced a bad fan motor. He’s a local guy just starting out. The price was right and service was fantastic. Will definitely use him again. Call him if you need HVAC work done.

They were very punctual and did a perfect job. We couldn't be any happier with our problem resolution. We will certainly call them again if we need this kind of service again. I do have one suggestion: place your address on your receipt so people can send their payments to you without having to hunt for it.
