Marion Tile & Flooring did an outstanding job on our shower upgrade. They offer a great selection of products, which made it easy for us to find something that perfectly fit our style. From the start, Jessica took the time to meet with us and really listen to what we wanted. Jessica is incredibly kind and personable, and the questions she asked helped us clarify exactly what we were looking for.
Tim is wonderful! He has such a kind spirit and always greeted us with a smile, which made the whole process feel comfortable and positive. Whenever I brought up a concern, he listened carefully, offered thoughtful solutions, and patiently answered my many questions (…and I had a lot of questions!). It was clear that he genuinely wanted us to be happy with the end result.
Our installer, Brandon, was fantastic. He clearly explained the timeline and made sure to get my approval whenever there was something that needed a decision. He works carefully and with great attention to detail. It was obvious that he truly cared about making me happy with the finished project. He treated the work as if he were installing the shower in the home of a family member. He never rushed the job because he wanted everything to be done right.
We absolutely love our new bathroom and highly recommend Marion Tile & Flooring.

Marion Tile & Flooring remodeled two small bathrooms for me. They were able to make one bathroom larger by reconfiguring the plumbing. They made one more accessible by removing a tub and replacing it with a shower. They made the other lighter by removing a wall and replacing it with a glass shower door. I am extremely pleased with both.

Marion Tile replaced the tile in our kitchen and remodeled one of the bathrooms in our 1920's Sunset Hills home. They worked with us to choose the tile and grout for the kitchen and the trim and floor in our bathroom. The bathroom remodel was much less expensive than the estimate we got from a contractor. Tim arranged for all the electrical, plumbing, mirror, and wall work.
The work was done quickly and professionally and we are very pleased with the results.

Marion Tile & Floor is great company! The staff are easy to work with and prompt with responses. The quality of work is excellent. They did a bathroom, laundry room and den remodel for me. My house was built in 1958-59. The plumbing fixtures, wiring, and plaster walls were original. I have hardwood floors in the majority of the house. They covered the floors well and I had minimal issues. Needless to say, tearing out plaster walls with concrete and mesh makes a huge mess and is very difficult work. The individual they use for plumbing is excellent, prompt, and informative. The staff that lay tile are very pleasant and effective. The individuals that perform carpenter work, if needed, definitely are true master carpenters. Their skill level is outstanding. For the final touches, the painters did an outstanding job. I managed large million dollar projects for the county for many years. I met people in all professions and had to work with them to accomplish construction work. I just wish all companies worked as well as Marion Tile does. The showroom staff are pleasant, patient , and very helpful. Obviously my experiences were great. This company has staff that can get the job done and done to your liking. I do recommend them for work. If they can not get it done, they have other connections of contractors that will get the job done right. My first project was in October. I was so pleased that I decided to do my laundry room. When it was finished, I went to the den. My fireplace and mantel surround look so much better! Outstanding. I love the work they did. Anyone that is interested in seeing pictures of work if you are thinking about using this company, you can reach out to me through the company owner. I will send pictures. I can not say enough good about this company. I hope to do a few more projects with them down the road, when I can save a bit more money. I wish it grew on trees. I am confident, if you choose this company, you will have a great experience too!

We began the process of identifying a contractor in Sept 2024 for our renovation of our master bath. After several quotes and inspections of some of Marion Tile’s other jobs we decided to proceed with Marion. We met with Jennifer in late Sept. and were very pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness of the entire Marion team. The installers as well as the subcontractors were helpful and easy to work with during the whole process. We would and have recommended Marion to friends and neighbors.

Marion Tile replaced all of our flooring with LVP and porcelain tile. They remodeled our entire master bath and water room. They removed our garden tub and replaced with a gorgeous walk in shower. The quality of their work, especially by Paul, was absolutely amazing. He is truly a gifted craftsman and we would highly recommend them and all of their team. They work together seamlessly and are extremely dependable. This is definitely a highly qualified professional team and we are so very pleased with the results.
