I would highly recommend Merry Maids to anyone looking for a cleaner!! During the whole process I had great communication about what to expect and when she would arrive. We scheduled them for a move in clean. They were very responsive and flexible when I wanted to switch around some of my priority items after seeing the home again. Lakia was very thorough in her cleaning and everything looks amazing!! I feel so much more excited and comfortable in the house now!! 10/10 would recommend!!

I have been using this service for a couple months now and just cancelled. I had a plan for floors and bathrooms only. Today they came and it was very obvious they didn't do the floors at all. They did the bathrooms, but again not the floors in the bathrooms. They were willing to send their crew out again, but I no longer trust them and do not want them back in my home. I give their management credit though for having some great customer service as they really tried to make things right and ended up refunded me for the cleaning. I think I just got a crew that wasn't interested in keeping me as a client.
