Azalea Kitchens did a total remodel for me. I had my cabinets, counter, floors and appliances replaced. I also had a tile backsplash designed and installed. The workmanship was beyond my expectations, as well as the customer service. I was accompanied to countertop and tile appointments. I was guided through a very detailed process, which made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Spent months sourcing a kitchen remodel company and after meeting with Azalea and team, I was sold. They walked me through the process with some amazing ideas and designs. Start to finish was seamless, frustration free and just an overall amazing process. Love my new gourmet kitchen and what a transformation to my home! Azalea Kitchens carefully listened to our kitchen update needs, and balanced those against practical considerations. David translated the ideas into 3D drawings which could be used to approve the design. To our delight, the final kitchen matched the drawings amazingly well. The professionals who did the work were always pleasant, considerate and accommodating of any requests. Now that the kitchen is done, we absolutely love using the new kitchen and spending time in this welcoming space.

Azalea Kitchens was easy to work with, helpful in making decisions and finished our kitchen remodel in a timely fashion. David was both patient and responsive to our questions. He walked us through each step, even coming with us to help us when picking out materials. Edgar (the primary carpenter on the job) was attentive to detail and answered all of our questions about the daily progress. We appreciated how clean our home remained during a big and sometimes chaotic remodel. When we decided to add on interior painting throughout our house, Azalea organized that for us as well. Emma was always communicative via text and email, helping to keep us on schedule with selections and decisions. We would recommend Azalea to anyone looking to make improvements to their home.

This is an amazing company!!! They helped me design my dream kitchen, master bathroom and hall bathroom. David Slater, who is the Principal of the company, was the first point of contact. He was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. Emma, who is the Customer Care Coordinator, is an integral part of the team. She helped organize all the decisions made on appliances, fixtures, finishes and colors. She set up appointments with the various vendors. She let me know each Friday what to expect for the next week. Throughout the job their communication was top notch. They answered all my many questions. The on-site team is wonderful - huge thanks go to Mike, Edgar, Ryan and Keith! I couldn’t have asked for a nicer group of people. They set the schedule for the job and stayed with it - which is something a lot of companies don’t do. They kept the job site clean. They went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to make changes to their home.

Wow! Talk about bad customer service. Went in to buy all new appliances and not a soul got out of their chair to help me. I was in there for 45 min looking at displays and never got any help. The best part was there was only one other customer in there at the time and he never had help either. I walked out laughing, never to return.

I stopped by and filled out a consultation sheet a couple of months ago and no one ever called me. I stopped by recently and filled one out (letting them know that no one called me the last time) and they scheduled an appointment. The appointment time came and went and after calling in I found out the design consultant forgot about the meeting.
