Alex did a great job fixing a plumbing issue. He explained the root cause and was very patient. Also the company was prompt in sending the technician on priority. I would recommend them for your future plumbing needs.

Austin and Zoom Drain addressed our water pressure issue and the home warranty issues like the professionals they are! A++ Austin did not leave until all issues were resolved!!

What an absolutely unprofessional nightmare dealing with this company! If you’re paying out of pocket, then they’re probably good. If you’re going through your home application warranty company though, then beware. I could NEVER in good faith recommend this company to anyone that I know or care about! Disappointed to say the least (and full of drama).

Do yourself a favor. If you need this type of service don't waste your time looking around for prices like I did. After hours of research Boone was still the best price I found. I did find one matching price earlier in the day but the guy wasn't anywhere as friendly or accommodating as Boone. As a matter of fact though it was my fault calling around all day he was still kind enough to come to my house at 8pm at the same price. They did a great job and cleaned up before leaving. He was well worth the investment if for no other reason his professionalism and personality is why I'd suggest doing business with him and his team!

Had very good experience working with Zoom drain. Able to address our problems with toilets repair and cleaning our tankless water heater.
Both Alex and Amonthy are knowledgeable and were able to fix the things easily.
Would definitely recommend to others !!

Alex and Billy were friendly and helpful . They diagnosed the problem and despite the sweltering heat of today’s 100 degree weather, they fixed the issue. They even managed to figure out how to knock $300 off my bill by taking a different approach. I highly recommend them!
