Our system has been operational about a month but so far excellent production. Emerald Energy installed a 2 Tesla Powerwall battery backup system to go with our 5 KW solar array. Their price was competitive and they really dug in to make sure that they had everything covered. Installation was well handled and easy on us. Justin was great to work with through the whole process. Highly recommended.
Emerald Energy was very easy to work with; Justin and John were both knowledgeable and cooperative. The project changed from a single Sol-Ark 12K to a pair of them. This with 28 REC Alpha panels and 4 Fortress e-Flex 5.4kWh batteries was the final project. John worked through supply chain problems to procure all needed parts, even scouring just about all sources to obtain battery lugs. Brandon and Dave wired the system with attention to detail. I cannot say enough good things about Emerald Energy. I looked at five solar companies over a six week period and picked John and his crew because of their price, warranty and because they are licensed building contractors.
