We hired this company to do a move-out cleaning of my dad’s trailer, but unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. Several areas were either overlooked or not cleaned thoroughly enough for what we consider standard in a deep or move-out clean.

Some of the main issues included: grime left on high-touch surfaces like cabinet handles, doors, and door jambs; visible dust and dirt on top of kitchen cabinets and shelves; cobwebs still in corners and ceilings; and missed cleaning under and around appliances. The bathroom had especially concerning areas that were visibly soiled and should have been addressed in any basic cleaning.

While it’s clear that some cleaning was done, it lacked the attention to detail we expected given the nature of the job. Additionally, the cleaning products used left a strong chemical odor that permeated the refrigerator.

We provided this feedback directly to the company, not seeking a refund or redo—just hoping it helps improve their future work. Ultimately, we had to spend the weekend re-cleaning several areas ourselves.
