Our AC was not working when we got home from work that evening. I was able to contact Suretemp first thing the next morning and they were able to get a technician out in the next hour. Was pleased with the technician’s knowledge to troubleshoot the problem and quickly fix it. Our AC was working within 20 minutes of the technicians arrival. Suretemp was recommended by my father in law and I am very pleased with their work and price. I will continue to use Suretemp.

SureTemp came the next day. The technician was actually early. He was polite and got our AC working right away. This is the 3rd time in 8 years I have hired them and I will continue to use this company.

Fan on a/c went out called sure temp mechanical, serviceman AJ came out late Friday afternoon, company had that boy running all over the country but he kept me up to date on his arrival time. Once he got there, discovered it was a bad capacitor, quick fix, Kind of pricey though, but what can you do.

We have relied on Sure Temp Mechanical for our twice a year maintenance for a long time. Always very pleased with their service. Technicians are above reproach. We highly recommend them. Today, my air conditioner was not working, I called to see if I could get someone to come take a look at it. Craig from Sure Temp Mechanical came within the hour and repaired my air Conditioner. Appreciate their prompt service and friendly attitude.

This is the third company we had out to our house. 3rd time was a charm. Cody saved us a lot of money. He was very honest and did not make me feel rushed. I am so appreciative! Suretemp’s so-called maintenance plan? More like a plan to keep them in business , definitely not to keep your AC working. We pay for that plan to prevent situations exactly like this. Instead, after their maintenance visit yesterday, our system completely went downhill.

We’re under a severe heat advisory, stuck sweating inside, and Suretemp has been nowhere to be found. We called their ‘emergency line’ last night , no response. Called again when they opened — nothing. A technician was supposedly on the way during a fixed time frame, they never showed. No updates, no calls, no fix.

We pay monthly for peace of mind and reliable service. Instead, we got silence and a broken AC right when we need it most. If you value working air conditioning, especially during extreme heat, I suggest you look for a company that actually shows up.
