We contacted them 7 weeks ago about an install and it took 2 weeks of calling to make a appointment, 2 more weeks to get a estimate done and now 3 weeks later we are still waiting for said estimate. Customer service and communication is little to none. Not sure we will be using for our work.

I had a slight emergency at the property that I Manage today.. The girls in the office talked to me through the whole thing, talked me through shutting off the gas and made sure they could get a technician out to me ASAP.. they were absolutely awesome

When I was trying to combat a potential clog and purchasing the necessary equipment at the local hardware store, I asked who they recommended in the event I couldn’t fix it. They said Premier Plumbing and they were local.
Unfortunately, I had to call them after hours for that clog I was trying to fix. There was a technician on call and within minutes of calling the after hours service, he returned my call and made it to the house in a reasonable time.
He worked diligently on the issue and after finding some issues that weren’t normal, said he would need to come back the next day. He kept me in the loop with texting, calling, pictures and videos of what the issue was as I wasn’t available in person. He and the other member were able to resolve the issue.
However, I was still having a back up from the washer drain. I called the main office and left a message since it was after hours and first thing the next morning I got a call back from Rachel. Sorry if I was difficult, Rachel! They fit me in to come back out, resolved the issue temporarily as the job was bigger than expected and will need to come back out to reroute piping done incorrectly by a previous contractor. Levi and Jeffrey were diligent in finding the issue, trying to resolve it and explaining everything to me as they went along. They genuinely cared about the situation.
I recommend this company whole heartedly!

We were very pleased with the plumbing work that Jeff & Justin provided for us in mid-Dec. Jeff was the lead plumber and was quite innovative when we had some issues that called for creative solutions. He repeatedly went the extra mile to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the end result. Kudos!!!

Superb and responsive service from my initial call with Rachel who managed the entire service call with intelligence and experience beyond normal expectations. Jeff and Justin handled the project professionally and efficiently. I give them my praise and highest recommendation.

Everyone in the office is very nice and perfessional. The technicians do phenomenal work.

At the end of an emotionally difficult Monday, my outside water spigot decided to detach from the pipe. The staff at Premier were empathetic and managed to send someone just at the close of business to take care of me.

I am so grateful for Beverly having mercy on me. She is always pleasant and patient on the phone.
