We needed our top load Samsung washer fixed. Mr. Locklear did an amazing job fixing our washer and was very friendly and definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with his service. Will definitely be using him again.

I emailed Mr. Locklear on a Sunday in hopes of getting an early response on Monday of a refrigerator issue. He exceeded my expectations and not only contacted me back on Sunday, but also made arrangements to come check it out on Monday. After inspection, he ordered the part and explained the cost of everything. The part came in later in the week and took absolutely no time to get everything fixed and cleaned back to how it was prior. I highly recommend his services.

Fast, reliable, honest service. I know a dishwasher is not a necessity, but when I woke up and tried to use the dishwasher and it was not working I was not a happy camper. We initially called one of the big appliance repair places who promised to be here by 3 pm and never showed. I knew it was time to find some one local. A simple google search brought up Trinity Appliance Repair. Boy am I glad we did. Mr. Ron said he would be here by 9 am on a Saturday morning and that he was. He was kind, courteous, and professional. His rates are reasonable and he made sure to let us know up front what the cost would be. He let us know the part would need to be ordered and came back to finish the job when it came in. He completed the job fast and he even left us samples! I had a great experience with Trinity Appliance Repair! He went above and beyond to get my washer back up and running.
