What a great job Coit Greensboro did to replace a dryer vent that was extremely difficult and time consuming to do. It was an 11 ft vent outlet under the flooring, that was on the second floor and not to code. To replace it took a lot of maneuvering because of its location, and that old tile and flooring was blocking the connection to the dryer. Troy along with Tanya to help, completed this non-ordinary complicated job. I know how difficult it was, because I watched the whole thing! Kudos to Coit!

We recently had a dead bird in our dryer duct and the smell was horrible. Colton came out today and did the most professional job. Everything smells so wonderful now and I could not be happier. He was such a gentleman and gave me a lot of tips on how to take care of some other things as well. Very very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks so much for a job wonderfully done.

COIT cleaning and restoration of Greensboro did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts of my home. The COIT team was very professional and responsive while booking and completing my air duct cleaning. Pricing was very fair for the excellent service COIT provided. I can tell huge difference in my allergies since my air ducts were cleaned.

We were looking for Vent cleaning after Kitchen renovation and called other competition only to get lack luster service without any care to our situation at double the price.

Then glad finally called COIT. Front office quickly called us back, gave us an accurate quote over the phone and scheduled us right away.

And so glad to meet the team who showed up. They treated the home as if their own, explained everything along the way without any sales tactic but just genuine care. Carefully cleaned up everything once the work was done after a long afternoon. We can sleep comfortable and confident tonight knowing Vents are cleaned and treated thoroughly.

Awesome service! We had a birds nest in our bathroom exhaust. It was in a difficult location. Also caused mite infestation. The technician, Joseph, navigated the junk in our attic to remove the palace of a nest. He even sprayed for the mites. He offered to put a new outdoor vent hood on, but it needed parts that I could not readily locate. Joseph was so professional and courteous. I did not get the name of the sweet lady I spoke to over the phone, but she was awesome too! Highly recommend!

Coit Cleaning & Restoration are my go to for carpet cleaning, dryer vent & duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. They are the best! Great communication & I trust the work will always be done right. They will not cut corners! When it comes to mold remediation they follow the highest standards. Remediation is key. Cleaning mold is not the same as remediating it. I do not hesitate to refer Troy & his team.
