3N1 HVAC worked me right into the schedule. The technician was knowledgeable taking time to answer and explain my questions and concerns. He was even able to arrive 30 minutes prior to the first appointment! Best HVAC company with reasonable pricing!!! I will definitely use them again!

Technician was there early (very much appreciated considering my home was 90’), very professional, and friendly, explained the issue /repair needed in detail. Very reasonable price. Had a great experience today with our Tech Adam. He explained in detail what was going on with our system and the steps to repair it. I highly recommend this company over many other larger ones in the area that charge way too much for this type of repair. I received several quotes, and this company was the most reasonable.

As always great service provided by 3N1. Adam was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable regarding the humidity issue we were having with our system. Micah and his team are the best!

Adam came to my house on a hot Friday afternoon. He clearly explained my options to get the upstairs ac running again. He identified the issue and will order a part next week when the supplier is open. He checked the least expensive option first and it was not an option because of the Freon leaking out. Through each checkpoint he kept me informed. I will be looking forward to his contact next week that the part is in. He said that a complete estimate will be given to me upfront.
He also told me about the company and I will be using them for electrical work coming up in my house in a few months. I live in Fairview and am thrilled to find a local company that I can support and that will support me.

Danny arrived promptly at the scheduled time to install our new ac unit. I received the same friendly service and in less be that 4 hours we had cool upstairs. I highly recommend this company.

Adam was very informative about my heating repair and got the work done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend 3n1.

We lost our heat on Thanksgiving night. Steve came on Friday and determined which part needed to be replaced on our furnace. Unfortunately, it was not a simple repair. He was here for 2 hours, but we are toasty now. Steve is a super guy (and not only because he made our house warm again)!

The quality of service and level of care from Micah and his team are unmatched. It was not unlike a spiritual expereince. I feel well cared for and pleased with my new unit during this especially warm summer. Highly recommend. Their pricing was highly competitve and the service incomparable.

I made the correct choice when I called 3N1HVAC. Steve took care of the issue this weekend. I needed a new capacitor. He replaced it and took care of my winter maintenance while he was here! Steve is very pleasant, and knowledgeable! Thank you Steve and 3N1 HVAC.

3N1 is awesome. The team over there is very responsive and they are a unicorn because they're honest. You won't find a better HVAC company!

We had an appointment scheduled a few weeks ago for routine maintenance, but had to cancel due to a family issue. Yesterday our AC quit cooling, so I called and got an appointment the next day at 1 PM. Steve showed up 15 minutes early (yea), found and solved the problem in no time. The problem? The drain pipe was clogged and needed cleaning. It had triggered the float and turned off the outside unit. Within 20 minutes we had cold air again.

We asked to sign up for the maintenance plan, which is $75 every 6 months and we did. Our bills was $80 (the maintenance plan plus MORE stupid taxes).

I feel without a doubt, if I'd called another company (MJ) I'd been told to replace stuff that would have cost hundreds if not thousands.

They were able to get out to my house the same day that I called and stayed until they got everything working perfectly. Super pleased with the service and we will definitely use 3N1 again.

What a great experience with this company. They were easy to reach, arrived early for appointments, did great work, and followed up after the installation. They are up to date on all the latest technology and I found scheduling and appointment texts and emails very helpful. I had a 3-ton system installed and the team neatly and cleanly did the work and took out the old system. I want to thank Micah and Danny (and the rest of the team) for helping us out during the cold weather snap this year. I found the workers and company as a whole to be polite, dependable, and trustworthy. Don't hesitate to use these guys. You will be impressed.
