On the first night in our new house in Weddington, we realized the air conditioning in all the bedrooms on the 2nd floor was not working. A hero came to our rescue! Jovan was able to come right over and resolve the issue. It was a big ask for a Saturday night and boy did he come through! We are now happily sitting in our cool house and can’t thank Jovan, and Jonathan and his wife who coordinated the quick response, for their time and efforts. Highly recommend!!!

Our air conditioning stopped working on a 97 day and heat wave in June. I was so worried we would have to replace the unit. We called T&A and our AC unit was serviced and cleaned and it started working again. So grateful! We will definitely use T&A again. Ethical and trustworthy company! The price was reseasonable and we were not overcharged.

T&A was great, came out within two hours, helped us restart the AC, and taught us every step of the way to help us fix small issues ourselves. Very helpful, very transparent about pricing. Highly recommend

Jon was very responsive and did a terrific job. And was reasonably priced!

Lazy technician that didn't do a full diagnostic or get basic information about the unit. He told us several things that were either definitely untrue or unsubstantiated. I don't think he was intentionally lying but I do think that he made false assumptions based on a lack of experience and willingness to take reasonable steps in a diagnostic (like knowing the equipment he was working on).

He told us that our outside unit was over 10 years old (its only 5 years old). He couldn't tell us what type of freon the unit used. He also said that he didn't know what type of freon the inside unit used because he tested the outside unit. The basis of heat pump is that the freon moves heat through the freon within a system so the freon used by the inside and outside coil are the same.

He said there either aren't heat strips or they aren't working. I said which one is it - are they not working or are there none and he couldn't tell me. I think when you go out to do diagnose a unit you should know what equipment your are actually working on.

Trademark Air performed the spring service for my A!C unit this morning. John was thorough, professional and obviously knew his craft! He will be called for the fall service!!
