The technician was sent to my house a few hours after I placed my call, and the cost of the service was reasonable. Great company that provides excellent service.

Though the pricing for our new water line and RPZ hook-up was quite a bit of money, he made the process easier with his kind manner. Chris and Mike were our technicians and they were amazing. Very professional and showed up ready to work. They were very patient with us as we were running around trying to find the water shut off valve and once found they located the issue. Upon figuring out the issue they both were very communicative on what the next steps were and kept us up to speed on the process.

By only using their products, the entire toilet to inc the seal and parts are fully guaranteed under their warranty. Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. After getting blown off by another company, the guys from the Plumbing Knight arrived 30 min after I called them for emergency service. While they couldn't get me well pump fixed the same day (the supplier wasn't answering the emergency line), they were still able to make it right first thing the next morning. What really stood out though was how considerate they were. CJ, Daniel, Chris, and Bernard made a point to get whatever water they could for my horses water before they left that day after knowing they were bone dry. I couldn't recommend the team or the Plumbing Knight company enough!

Called Plumbing Knight in the morning, Mike and Joe were at my door in less than two hours. Explained my plumbing issues and they got right to work. During their inspection they advised that I might want to have my current water heater replaced as it was beyond 12 years old and a pressure component was not working properly. No pressure was put on me to replace the water heater, but I opted to make the change rather than wait for an emergency repair.
