Said they were going to have to dig up my yard but Miles got underneath my trailer in the mud and fixed my pipe himself, he was very friendly and explanatory.

I called to get a quote on a plumbing repair in the same city as this company. I was told they didn't have time to waste winterizing something that the pipes had already split. The pipes in fact had not split, but they were too busy to give a quote or take pictures to verify work was done. I requested pictures so a client could have confirmation it was done, they accused me of not "trusting" them, The owner Linda was rude and obviously too good for our business, there may not be a lot of options in your area, believe me anywhere would treat you better then here. DO NOT bother trying to get anything done with them

I have had to call them a few times once for a new water heater and then to snake the drain in my basement a couple times. They always get here as fast as possible. The price is always reasonable. And I would highly recommend them to anyone. It might be a few days till they get to you but that is because they are in high demand. If I've had standing water they get there faster. They always communicate with you to let you know where you are on the list. I've never had them be rude over the phone.

Called due to some issues with our house. The person over the phone was extremely nice and listened to my explanation of what was wrong and even repeated it back to make sure she had it correct. She admitted over the phone that they were busy for that day but said I would get a call Thursday or Friday that week when someone was available and sure enough, I got a call that Thursday! The man who came to fix the issues was very nice and found the issue within 20 minutes! He even explained what happened once he found out what was wrong! He came prepared with parts and worked very quickly. He put everything back together and made sure it still worked before he left. I will definitely be calling them back. They were truthful and efficient about timing and the work being done!
