The people who showed up at my home in Bath Two. acted like fly-by-night pirates. Did not seem to know what they were doing. Seemed quite disorganized and unknowledgeable. Perhaps temporary help, considering the other positive reviews here. Very disturbing encounter. Would never use them again, nor every allow them on the property. Would encourage being very careful about using this company.

Amazing, FAST and CLEAN! Yanked the chimney out from roof top to basement, patched the hole and were out in 5 hours or less.. Very friendly and his wife is sweet as pie on the phone. Highly recommend!

Told me I must be upset Kamala lost. Ripped off my Aunt. Could have done extra work that needed to be done to stop water infiltration refused. And charged me , refused said had other jobs to do that day. Said silicon wont stick in rain but used silicon?Paid him to much!!!!!°

Not a very customer service oriented company. Scheduled appointment with this company 3 weeks out. They wanted to change the time a week before. I was unavailable for that appointment and told them so. So they kept the original appointment. Then the day before arriving for the appointment they changed the time again.
They were rude and demanding during this process. Would never recommend this company.

Amazing service! The men who came out were knowledgeable about our wood burning stove. The cleaned it quickly. The lady who answers the phone is so kind. And they ACTUALLY wear top hats! Fun! Highly recommended!
