Had my water heater replaced did an awesome professional job great service had them come back and update my water line very pleased with service

0 Stars. Just called for service and the gentleman who answered the phone responded to my introduction and inquiry on how he was doing with "good don't call again" and hung up.

1 call they called back with minutes once at my home spent 4 1/2 hours getting sewer working properly would recommend them to anyone in need of a good & reasonable plumber.

We had a great experience, he came in and helped clean the back up we have been having on and off for months, but also showed me as he went along. He also fixed our turn off valve. Great work!

In defiance of Ohio's mask mandate, the estimator arrived to our home without a mask. He retrieved one upon request, but the ear elastic had been so stretched out that, wearing it somewhere below the nose, it was essentially ineffective. We pointed this out and he replied "Got it" but continued on as though it was business as usual. Obviously we would never hire such a contractor, so it was a waste of his time to come out and behave this way. Why would you, unless you didn't really want the job?

I immediately notified the owner who thanked me for letting him know. I posted the above review and he called back, very upset about it and asked me to take it down. He claimed that he fired the employee because of it, and would come out and re-do the estimate himself. That was almost 2 weeks ago and he has failed to make that happen. Since I didn’t get the opportunity to revise my opinion of this company I am now re-posting my honest review.
