I’m was so disappointed 4 months ago with the weed control, I wondered if any active product was actually used. I called politely canceled and paid my bill. My lawn came back after I fertilized it myself. The service just applied fertilizer to my yard again when I was gone. I cannot get rid of this guy.

Last 2 weed control applications were total fail despite having lawn irrigation and lush grass. weeds everywhere. spent hours pulling weeds. cancelled service and requested refund because of poor quality: company refused. on last application, from my home office I watched their guy miss half the lawn and do job in minutes. no wonder I have weeds. save the money and do it yourself.

I pre payed for a years services for fertilizer, weed control and lime. When the final application was due i was unable to get my gate for my backyard unlocked. They came and completed my front yard but not the back. I called and left a message to see if they would complete the service. Never received a response. When I emailed them to cancel the service for 2021 and explained why, their response was "I will take you off the schedule". At no time did they apologize or attempt to make this right. Once they have your money, that's all they need.

Can someone contact me you fertilized the wrong yard. Now I'm worried my grass will die.
