In addition to going to school for fashion design, Chenda alters and fixes garments with attention to detail and treats your job with extra care as of she were completing it for herself. She fixed an item for me when other local businesses weren't able to, and it was done quicker than I expected. Whenever I need an alteration, I will save myself the time of running around to other places and go straight to her shop.

We had an excellent experience with Highland Tree Service. Mike is a straight shooter, very fair and does a great job. We were impressed with the work and it sure made us feel safer after having a giant hung up branch removed, others trimmed and a tree removed as well. Highly recommend their services!

Hired to remove/cut up several trees after damaging storm. They were very responsive relative to communication, and willing to negotiate on the price. Unfortunately I feel compelled to give a less than stellar review because of the quality of work, inattention to detail, and failure to return as promised. The work site was/is a mess. Large limbs and chunks of tree have been left behind. Some of it is too big for me to remove myself so there it sits. When I've used other tree removal services in the past you couldn't even tell they'd been there. That's how clean they would leave the job site.

Mark gave us an estimate of $200 to $300 to remove a pile of brush, sticks and logs that had been accumulating over the years. He came to our property to view the pile before he gave us the estimate. After they did the work, we received a bill for $1400.

If we knew it was going to be anywhere close to that amount we would have never agreed to the have them do the work.

We contacted Mark, which took an entire week to get him to call back to discuss the huge price difference. He claimed he gave us a discount. I tracked the hours they worked because they had to leave in the middle to get different equipment and it does not equal the 3.5 hours x 3 people they billed us.

On top of that, they left us a pile of mess. Said they could come back with different equipment to level it out, but of course that would cost MORE money.

Neither Mark nor James (JJ) mentioned there could be additional cost while on site doing the job. I was at home and outside working the entire time. They could have easily discussed it with me.

After using Highland Tree Services for years under the original owner, we will no longer use this company nor recommend them. They lost a longtime customer with many acres of trees on their property.

We've used Highland Tree Service to remove large dead or dying trees a few times and have always found them to do excellent work for a very reasonable price. They are professional, courteous, on-time, and competitively priced. Strongly recommend for your tree service needs.

Recently had Highland Tree Service out to cut down 3 large trees. They did a fantastic job! They showed up when I was told and were careful not to disturb my fence that was directly next to the large trees that were removed. Great communication with JJ on what was expected and pricing. When I got home I could not believe how well they cleaned up! All branches and debris were removed as if they were never there. Highly recommend!!!
