Alco Technologies has been helping local Cincinnati, Ohio restaurants and chain locations for over 25 years! They repair restaurant equipment on both the refrigeration and cooling side (ice machines, walk-in coolers, display cases) and on the food cooking and preparation side (char broilers, deep fryers, pizza ovens). Their technicians can handle situation you might have.

They always come when you call. Thank you!

We try to call service couple times, always no technician available. Without if we paid overtime.

I would not recommend this company. We called and they came in to fix our equipment and they had to come back several times to try and then were unable to fix our equipment. We paid them for their time, had to buy a new piece of equipment and then when we called for another piece of equipment to be serviced, they refused to come service our equipment - after promising to come and then not calling back to let us know they were not coming. They said they did not like the way we handled the situation when we were the ones with the equipment not working. We were the ones that had to pay a repair and for a new piece of equipment. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.

Alco Technologies Inc. has been my go to company for cooking and refrigeration repairs. I have used them multiple times, and I have always been happy with the result. They are very responsive, and the prices for service are more than fair.

Great service. The technician Rob very nice and very professional. Showed up within 3 hours to fix our fridge. Decent price, maybe not the cheapest but worth it.

By far the worst in the business.
1.Came multiple times for the same repair(s). Different equipment, yet always needed multiple visits, and generally ended up saying they couldn’t repair it. My walk-in started shorting out the whole circuit after they replaced a fan (same fan for the 2nd time).
2. Told me my equipment wasn’t under warranty (which it was- they just weren’t authorized to do the work)
3. Repeatedly told me they couldn’t get parts for almost a year (tons in stock & available to ship next day) when I finally called the manufacturer.
4. Owner was supposed to call me after I reached out to them about all the issues multiple times…..months later still haven’t heard back. Complete scam artists. I used these clowns for a few years and blew every penny I spent with them. Trust level is a zero.

Alco Technologies does an incredible job getting restaurants back up to speed when they've had an equipment breakdown. Whether it's grills and fryers or coolers and ice machines, they can get you operating again quickly.

In my experience the guys at Alco know what they are doing and are almost always prompt. But above all else I can always count on them being honest and trustworthy.

I recently had them for a problem with the oven and was very satisfied with the service. the tech was knowledgeable and very professional. He fixed the problem quickly and I feel at a reasonable price, I will definitely use them again.

Carlos is the man very good at his job and knows how to effectively diagnose and repair the problem.
