My contact with this company began in February. I understand with this pandemic things are uncertain. However I simply want an update if they are still going to work on my home. I've heard nothing!!! Not a text, call, email, smoke signal, nothing!!! Our communication's ended march 20th. I just want my roof replaced. Geesh!!!

Garrick and team did a great job on my parent's roof and house. They worked tirelessly with the Insurance company to make sure they covered all the damage that was there and got them additional money. Would highly recommend them for any job.

I had no idea that I had roof and siding damage until Marc came to my house and told my wife and I that we probably qualified for replacements of both! He told me they specialize in a hassle free claims process. This is true because like he said he meet the adjuster they clearly had meet before and they took of everything we felt was damaged! Construction process took only 1 day for the roof and 2 for gutters and siding no problems with clean up!

I had the pleasure of working with Garrick and his team in replacing my roof. They did an wonderful job and were just really great to work with. They were a prompt courteous, clean, trustworthy, down to earth crew. With me being a single woman and up in age that was greatly appreciated. I feel like they are the type of business that would be truthful and do all they can accommodate you and ease any worries you may. I highly recommend this company!

Garrick from Omega transformed our patio into a great outdoor space. We struggled with not having much shade during hot summer evenings and this covering provides us a balance of shade and sunlight. Garrick and his design team came up with the concept and layout that fit our needs and budget. The aspects we appreciated the most working with them was the quality of the work, professionalism and responsiveness, and how hard the crew worked to get our job done in a timely manner. Garrick worked closely with city inspectors and made sure everything was done above their standards. We have recommended Omega to numerous friends and will recommend to many others. Thanks again Garrick and the Omega crew!

Omega took our builder grade back yard and turned into an amazing outdoor living space! They had the skill set and craftsmanship to complete the entire job, from start to detail finishings. In addition to doing top notch work at a competitive price, they were timely, professional and flat out worked hard to complete the job on schedule. Garrick was transparent, communicative and easy to work with throughout the project. I would highly recommend Omega! My neighbors were so impressed that two of them are already working with Garrick and Omega!

We could not have asked for a better experience. We had a new fireplace insert installed and the work was meticulous.YONG Chimney Cleaning Specialists, LLC were extremely accommodating and professional. We compared numerous vendors and we are more than pleased with their work and customer service.

Jusdging by all of the similar coments to mine im amazed this company is still in bussines. This company has made an absolute mess of our entire town. Tearing up cement streets and side walks and putting down poorly installed asfault patches that will botom your car out. They set up constructions zones on streets with no flaggers in site I have personally seen multiple near wrecks because of this.

Incredibly disrespectful workers across the board… I saw a group of 6 guys at taco bell and they were all very rude to employees and went behind the counter and stole drink cups after being told no. A group of 30 year olds acting like 5 year olds. Embarrassing.

They will illegally park vehicles, they will stop in the middle of intersections and leave the cab of the truck while obstructing traffic. Hopefully, no one reading this will be anywhere near one of their drivers on the road, because they don't appear to have any training or any knowledge of how to drive professionally. Bush league company, I will get their drivers cited every chance I get.

What gives the workers the right to talk to residents in a rude way? They're parking their personal private vehicles in residents parking spaces and when you ask them politely to move they tell you no and to park somewhere else.
They've left their work vehicles unlocked and turned on all night. Have left their hazard lights on all night. They're sloppy with their tools and have left iron bars where residents parking their cars. The cones are thrown around in yards and on curbs. I'll be calling the mayor, BBB and Odot.

My company let them stage some pipe on our property in support of a project they were doing up the street. End result was $1,200 worth of gate damage and a big pile of broken chunks of wood left behind. Our experience falls right in line with the many complaints they have received. If they come around your place of business looking for a favor think twice!

Terrible experience with them. Not two workers on the same page as to what they are doing. One day they tell me they aren't digging holes then 10 minutes later someone else comes along and sure enough starts digging holes but assured me they wouldn't trench my yard, a few days later I catch them with a 5 foot deep hole probably 10 feet long. No consistency and no notice of any work they are going to do. They just do it.

If you find this review, then you too probably received an unannounced 8:00 a.m. wake up door banging by two clueless guys claiming to be doing work for Duke Energy. They actually expected me to let them in my home at 8am to shut off my gas without any prior notice. They are apparently the lowest bid to rip up all the yards in Newport KY this month. As I was trying to figure out if this is even a legitimate company by searching google, I see the first review regarding their unprofessional parking and lack of respect for anybody. Surely enough, I look out my window and see that my neighbor can not leave for work because RLA parked right in front of her driveway. They did eventually make their way further up the street, but not before throwing their morning energy drink cans in the street in front of my house. Duke raised their rates again, and this is still the best they can hire....

Parked blocking my driveway at 8:30 am. Been tearing up my yard and was never notified in advance of any work on my property.

A 10 man crew appeared at my house unannounced around 2pm Friday. Said they were there to tear up my driveway to cap an abandoned 50 year old gas line- that bothered no one. No paperwork, no authorization. No real explanation. They left as I kept asking questions, but said they will come back next week to tear up the 11X16 concrete slab. I called Duke and they said no work order for my area. I called RLA and left messages saying that I do not approve of any work and they need to call me before coming on my property. I hope they don’t try this again…

This company arrived at my property in Fairfield to do work for Duke Energy. Tore up the underground power lines and did not fix it. Cost me $10,500 and now I have to sue them.
