Le'Vante helped us every step of the way. We had a weird/complicated situation involving the electric in our older home and he worked with us over multiple days to get it done right. My experience with ground zero was over all pleasant and easy to work with. They upgraded my panel as I want to add a pool this summer and had no space left in my old panel. Which I already have another scheduled with them to run the electric for the pool.
Levante also figured out why my outlet for my smoker on the back deck kept losing power. Turns out that the outside deck outlet is on the same breaker as my garage outlet that my deep freezer is on. So I had him fix that as well by running a new wire and breaker.
Over all I would highly recommend ground zero. They’re highly professional, timely, they actually clean up after themselves to where it’s like they were never there, and they are proficient in their craft. I was highly impressed by how quick they were.
