Marshall Lawn/MTK Services does a great job with snow/ice removal from our parking lot and walkways. They are prompt, speedy, thorough, and affordable!

We hired Marshall to cut our grass and do a few landscaping projects this summer as my health wouldnt allow me to do these. His crew cut our burning bushes but we had to call about the three they didn't touch. Weird. They did a good job on mowing but there were a few weeks where no one showed up and zero communication. The owner said he couldn't communicate with us because he was too busy with the companies he was contracted with. Honestly, he was just very rude. Horrible customer service. Large ego. We fired him halfway through summer. There are plenty of landscapers who effectively communicate and who arent rude. Even his employees commented to us about his poor communication.

After a snowy night and slick roads I was returning home from dropping my son off at the bus stop in the morning when I slide off of the road and took out a mailbox along with a street sign. Once I had taken care of a few phone calls, I quickly reached out to Marshall at MTK Services LLC and told him about what happened and if they could help with the replacement of the mailbox I took out. With out hesitation he said, "I'm on it". Less than 4 hours later, Marshall and his team had already been there and taken care of the mailbox for me and the home owner. Absolutely blown away by the service that he and his team provided on a day that was off to such a bad start.
