I spoke with the polite receptionist to schedule an estimate for my tree in the front yard she mentioned that someone would come out to estimate this weekend. However, the next morning, I had two missed phone calls from natures tree worker stating my tree wasn’t marked. I called the worker back and he was very rude and unprofessional. I asked them why did they stop by today since I wasn’t expecting them until the weekend. He yelled that it was based on his schedule not mine and how I should’ve been ready. I asked him if he often talk to his customers this way. He just scoffed and said he doesn’t have all day. Mind you, I wasn’t told ahead of time of his arrival he just showed up at my house without any prior notice. Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and rude behavior. I will never recommend this tree service to anyone in my neighborhood.

Sad I have to do a review on a service I didn't receive. Yesterday they did a tree next door at my neighbors house in Cleveland Heights. In the process they cut a limb that knocked out the power lines to several houses for 3-4hrs. They didn't even apologize cut the tree down and left me with the debris to clean in my yard! Then left a power line sagging in my backyard 5ft above the ground. After they were done they didn't even say they were finished or informed any of the residents they just left and we had to figure it out on our own. Which included having to call First Energy to fix their mistake.

These guys are the best, the tree was huge,state of the art equipment and fast and friendly service, had a fence in the way and helped me take it down and put it back up at no cost, very affordable, 700 below my lowest estimate, and very professional, will definitely use again.

I had a tree removed and branches trimmed and a stump grinder used to grind an old stump. Prices are more reasonable with this company and they work well with customers as they work through with you what needs to be done. They clean up well and come highly recommended. They take a personal interest in you and your tree needs.

They competed the task efficiently and had the right equipment to do it quickly while staying safe and avoiding damage to structures like my garage, fence, landscaping, etc.
I learned about Nature’s Beauty when they were recommended by many folks on the NextDoor app.
These guys are very responsive, but sort of operate at their own tempo. I didn’t have any influence over when they showed up to check out the trees for the quote or what day they arrived for the job- this might annoy those folks who want to control the timing of things.
I wanted a giant, dying tree removed before the next heavy snow. I got the quote right away and the tree was gone within 2 weeks of my inquiry.

We hired NBTS to remove a large tree at my in-laws house. They came when they were scheduled to come, did a great job and they were very pleasant. We also hired them to come to my house and get rid of dead branches on my tree in front of my house and clean up the overgrowth in our backyard. Very happy with all the service.

Very pleased with Nature's Beauty Tree Service. They pruned a couple of trees that were hanging over our roof and got the job as promised. Professional, competitive prices and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

I had to have 2 trees cut down. Thank God my neighbor referred me to Nature's Beauty. They are Wonderful. They were fast, efficient, neat and extremely respectful of my property. Even my solar lights. My next door neighbor had just put up a religious structure and it is under one of the trees that had to come down. I told the guys that the structure must not be harmed. They assured me it would not be and it wasn't. Not even a leaf fell on it. And their prices are very reasonable. You can relax with these guys and know the job is being done right. Thanks!!!!

I’m so happy I chose this company, they completed the job in less than 4hrs. They removed about 80-90 foot hickory tree. A cherry tree, and a maple tree, clean up was amazing, very professional, exceeded my expectations. Received several quotes from other company, HANDS DOWN, Best prices EVER, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a very last-minute need for a couple small trees to be removed and the gentleman at Nature's Beauty was so kind to accommodate us. They took the time to understand the need, were incredibly professional, friendly, and communicated everything throughout the process. We unfortunately had an encounter with a yellowjacket's nest but they were able to get someone out to remove the nest. I will absolutely be asking Nature's Beauty Tree Service for future services (if they'll come back after the encounter...) and highly recommend you give them a call if you have any tree service needs. You will be glad you called!

A tree fell on the roof from a storm that came through. Seth and his team responded quickly, efficiently and were price competitive. Nature’s Beauty Tree Service is my go-to in the future. I highly recommend them.

Extremely poor customer service. Rude and arrogant. Would rater argue with the customer than do the right thing. They behve like petulant children. I'm sure they are fine as long as everything goes to their plan, but do not expect anything but contempt if your expectations are not met. I see other reviewers have had similar experiences. I would add photo's but they refused to take them as proof of work.

I personally would give them 10 stars!!!! I spoke to Seth, the owner, in the morning to request a quote. He came out that evening to view the trees and gave me a quote that I could not refuse... I had checked with other companies and his was the best. They came in the very next day on time (even 15 minutes earlier)! The staff was EXTREMELY efficient, professional, friendly and pleasant. They were removing 2 Blue Spruce trees, 2 Pine trees, a large heavy branch leaning on the shed, clear/trim tree branches that reach to my roof and remove some brush and branches in the back yard. I could not believe the precision and speed that they removed all of this... They completed the job in 1 1/2 hours and my driveway, front and back yards were clean as if nothing happened. The 2 pine trees were in the back next to electrical and internet wires. They were so careful not to damage anything. Also, one of the trees was on the edge of mine and my neighbor's yard. They were so careful not to have any branches fall in their yard or damage their flower bed right next to the tree. Jay, the team supervisor, even went to the neighbor to inform her that they will be working on our yard and they will be very careful. This was sooo respectful and was a great testament to their professionalism. I cannot give enough praise to them and Seth. I definitely, 1000% recommend Nature's Beauty Tree. They are the BEST. Hands down, BEST prices and service! Thank you so much Nature's Beauty Tree Service, Seth, Jay and the whole crew! First class crew, service and equipment.

We recently had our garage rebuilt and discovered that our beloved Birch tree was consuming our small lot in a very destructive manner. Nature' Beauty removed the tree and the root in an efficient manner. (Prior to having this tree removed Nature's Beauty had trimmed this tree about every two years. The tree just kept growing and growing.)

This company did a fantastic job with the removal and the clean up. We have continue to use them.

Removed 2 hard to reach trees in my yard. Used a crane over my garage and neighbors house. Very efficient, done in an hour with zero debris left behind.

Great service at a great price! Although we had to wait a few weeks to get on the schedule, work completed (including removing a large tree) was done quickly and safely. Would do business with again! ^_^
