The work ethic of this company, from the initial phone call to the completion of the work was OUTSTANDING. Brett took my call and guided me in order to understand the problem with my sump pump. Without having to come out and look at it he was able to give me an estimate. Then Jason came out and within an hour installed a new sump pump in the crawl space. Easy peasy! And he cleaned up. They didn’t try to talk me into spending any more than what was required to keep the crawlspace dry. Other companies tried to sell all kinds of things our house doesn’t need right now. Thank you Brett and Jason. No one else in Columbus seems to be in their league because they truly are THE BEST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used Fritz Baumann on several previous occasions. They have always provided prompt, professional service. Sean provided it this time. As in the past, he uses his vast previous experience to provide quick, careful, and intelligent repairs. I have complete confidence in Fritz Baumann.
Most recently Jordan repaired a slow to fill toilet. He was quick, intelligent and friendly. In conversing, we discovered that we had very similar geographic connections in California. -

Run as fast as you can they are a local shop with horrrrrrrible business practices. The guy left a huge mess in my living room cut open my dry wall and spent 45 minutes sitting in his van talking to his boss the owners son writing a manual quote on what to charge me after the job. He then came in the house rounded up 15 minutes and charged me a full hour above the actual work. This company needs to learn how to operate on a professional level. I only used them due to old owner using him but they wrote written receipts overcharged and never respond in a timely fashion and i even had to chase down to get a quote. Refund my for my hour your guy eating lunch in his van and talking you abouit (quoting the job) and i will consider bringing you up to 3 stars which is 2 more than this company deserves. Sometimes you get what you pay for other times you get robbed and this is one thief of a company buyer beware.
