Sam was kind, knowledgeable and honest. In the middle of my basement taking on water for days, his company was the only company the who had gotten back to me. Actually talking to a person was helpful. Being my first house I have ever bought, he eased my worries and answered all my questions (even when I asked multiple times) and verbalized exactly what he was doing. He has to squeeze into a tight area and encouraged my husband and I to watch and ask all and any questions that we came up with. I will definitely keep Sam on my list for future plumbing issues.

Apex was able to send a person to look at the issue and get it resolved all in the same day as cashing! Jacob and Samuel were very professional and amazingly helpful in explaining the issue and resolution. Highly recommend Apex!!

WILL ROB YOU BLIND!
Yes, they are quick to respond. But they are even quicker to shake you down with high pressure sales tactics. Especially when you’re vulnerable with out heat in the dead of winter. After we paid $8k and had a few follow up questions to help us understand the goods sold to us, they back peddled and refused to provide us with any information. Turns out they lied about what we needed to make a large sale.
