We had troubles with our tankless hot water heater. We called in shortly before they closed on Friday, and Ed was extremely helpful. He took the time to talk us through troubleshooting, and ultimately figured out what our issue was. We would have had no hot water for the weekend if it wasn’t for Ed’s patients and willingness to help us.
