This company does not care about the Customer or their Lawn. We had the worst experience with this company. From the lady who answers the phone who contradicts the technicians to the lack of care once they have not done a good job. For the amount of money that is paid this should be something that has some sort of customer service. This company has none.

Nice try but the damage was caused by chinch bugs not drought or being dormant.

I’ve been a customer of one call for a few years now. This is my last year with them as my lawn looks terrible. I’ve called 4 times since June with various problems: fungus, crabgrass, etc. Each time they blame it on the lack of water or some other reason other than their service. Save your money and find another lawn care service.

Left One Call for TruGREEN as they were $8 cheaper a month... what a dumb mistake that was!! My lawn looked amazing using One Lawn and went to looking awful using Tru. One Call’s office and field staff are excellent anytime you call. Don’t be cheap like I was, you’ll be so happy with your lawn and your neighbors will be jealous!

We used One Call for the 2018 season and did not see any improvement in our lawn.
They just came out this morning and parked in our front yard creating a 1 foot deep rut with their trailer. They proceeded with the treatment and then drove off worsening the rut and leaving a trail of globs of mud stretching two houses down on the street. We just listed our house for sale yesterday so the timing couldn't be worse. I called their customer service and was told the best they can do is"try and get a manager out there by tomorrow".

Unacceptable and will not use again.

Terrible! 3 years we stuck with them and our lawn looks worse than it did before we hired them. Customer service is, also, terrible. We had 2 separate occasions where we called them and asked them NOT to spray on the designated day because we had an outdoor party with children playing in the lawn...and they came and sprayed, anyway. We even spoke with their owner, Scott Jones, and he was unreasonably difficult with a very poor attitude. He never once apologized for anything we were unhappy about. This is a competitive market with plenty of other lawn services who, actually, care about their customers.

One Call has provided our lawn services for the past few years. Our lawn has never looked better! The entire team is responsive and dedicated to ensuring our yard looks great. I would recommend them to anyone!

Once Call has taken care of my lawn for 10 years including treatment, seeding and aeration. When I have had questions, I have often times been able to talk with owners to take care of my needs. Great service and the stripe in my yard has never looked better!

If you're looking for a company that is attentive and informative and can turn your lawn from dull to dashing, then this is the lawn care company for you. The technicians do a wonderful job and go out of their way to answer any questions you may have. The owners are easily accessible as well. I've been using them to treat my lawn for 5years and couldn't be happier and the price is right too! Thanks One Call!
