Leaf Filter has followed through with everything that was laid out from the initial sales appointment at our home with Sam to the recent call I made regarding a clogged downspout. We are very satisfied with our leaf filter gutter installation and the follow up service.

Overall experience was good. Workers did not speak English. One worked and the other the other one talked on the phone when he wasn’t sleeping Not worth the 20,000 dollars that I spent to have leaf filter installed Salesman Darren is good with telling you a lot of B.S.

You’ve always helped with my gutters when asked and I have confidence that this is a great gutter system. Happy to say they held up well during the hurricane Helena disaster in western North Carolina.This was such a great investment in my home. They are very attractive and work well at keeping Oak seeds (you know those “helicopter” things) out of the system, no other system has done that in over 40 years of looking!

The repair crew arrived as promised and was friendly and efficient. After just a short while, the screen was back in place and good as new.

The technician arrived in a prompt manner. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fine-tune my system. He explained things to me as he went along. Bottom line, I was very satisfied with the service.

I have been very pleased with this gutter system. Love not having to get ona ladder and clean the gutters out. When the tornado came through Bonham it dented my system. Though this was not covered by their guarantee they came out as soon as possible to estimate the damage. Then we're quick to come out and fix it. I highly recommend Leaf Filter!

This technician took a little different approach than the first one. He put a ladder up against the house. The first one just checked the gutter from the roof. What the second person found was a large bird's nest under the gutter right at the corner. It could not be seen from the roof. It was casuing a blockage that made the water over flow the gutter and flow down the window on the side of the house. So, he removed the nest and seal the joints in that area. It stayed dry during the next heavy rain.

Bottom line is the second tech did a much better and more thorough job than the first person.

Leaf Filter was able to address my gutter issue within 24-hours. Technicians installed 2-splash guards to correct an overflow condition. They were courteous and respectful of property.

Your after sales service is extraordinary. We’re very pleased to be dealing with such a prompt and professional organization. We look forward to a final resolution to our issue. Thx

1st promise: A full time Leaf Filter employee would install the equipment. A "trained" contractor did the install.
2nd issue: Leaky gutters. 2 representatives have worked on the leaks. Not resolved. I can even see daylight through one of the supposedly repaired joints
3rd issue: A downspout that was disconnected. That problem was repaired when I called an reported it. No further problem with that.
4th issue: The original fasteners for my gutters were bent over for some obscure reason, making them appear a little unsightly. One of the fasteners was even left out, resulting in a potential entryway for , in your words, "Bees and Wasps". I pointed it out to 2nd tech and he said he had nothing to fix that with him. So I repaired it myself.
5th issue: Damaged trim on the front of the house over the entryway.
The trim is old and broke off in a few places due to the installation hammering work.
I understand old. I don't understand why the original "trained" installer didn't have the courtesy to tell me about the damage.
6th issue: None of the workers bothered to put things back in place after finishing their work in the back area. Furniture, and hoses. Granted, a small detail. Not too workmanlike.

The 2 workers that showed up were very hard workers. the finished the job very professionally. very good job cleaning up around the house and work site. we had a hard rain shortly after installation. the gutters worked good.

The estimator Shane was right on time and gave me good insight into what was the best way to do my project. The got the project scheduled fast at a great price. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing. We had some rain recently and the gutter worked great. The only thing that is hanging with our order is we are still waiting to get a receipt for the completed work so we have it for our tax records. Other then that we are extremely happy with our experience with LeafFilter.

Did the job they promised. Work was done responsibly, clean and on time. I did have an issue but they came immediately and resolved it. We live surrounded by trees and since Leaf Filter we have not had any clogs or water over flowing.

Leaf Guard is a good product but beware of the “splash guards” which direct rain water to the downspouts but also direct & capture debris. You’ll be clearing them out after a big rain or storm ……either yourself or hiring someone to climb on the roof & do it for you. Splash guards seem counter productive & defeat the purpose of leaf guards system. If you remove, them the warranty is void. So you’re stuck with it.

The entire company from the sales department to scheduling, customer service to the on-site crew all very professional, hard workers and detail oriented (of course) and so very customer focused.
The Leaf Filter product was installed a couple of years ago. When we had to have the roof replaced the gutters needed to be removed. To maintain the Leaf Filter warranty, we had Leaf Filter out to remove the rain gutters and Leaf Filter product. And then back to reinstall both. Efren and Zeke did a great job. Easy to do business with, very satisfied.

The commitment to provide service when debris sits on the leaf filter gutters is my number one selling point on the system. The oak trees shed in the late spring and fall making it impossible to have any perfect system. Keep up your great service and I'll remain a fan! Thank you

We are happy with the gutters we had Leaffilter install all around our house and on the side door access side of both our garages. Our original installer was knowledgeable and amicable. (So was our sales rep.) Our repair was handled quickly and efficiently.

Contacted leaf filter service line, recieved call back for appoinment time next day for service tech. Same tech that installed system showed up on time and got to work. He had to go pick up some parts and let me know he would be back in about 30 minutes which he did. Completed repairs and waited for rain in the next 2 days to see if everything was working properly. Everything worked great, he fixed the problems that I had discussed during the inital visit. Very pleased with the service!

After a year, I noticed that water was pouring over the filter and some areas had debris on them. Ugh! Then, I remembered that I had a lifetime warranty. I called the number on my warranty and within 2 weeks someone came to fix it. The representative was outstanding! He was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Leaf Filters.

The Leaf Filter installation went above and beyond my best expectation. The back deck rotten facia boards were replaced and the over the porch area destruction was solidly repaired as a part of the installation .
