First Baptist Church in Ashland, Ky. will forever be indebted to Serv Pro, specifically Evan Dunlap. On Christmas Day our fire suppression piping burst sending water through three floors and literally destroying 10-11 rooms on each floor. Eric and his crew arrived on that day and took immediate control of the situation and over the next several weeks has put us in a position to start accepting estimates to remedy the damage. Eric is still giving us guidance through this difficult time. Eric and his crew are without peer!!

All the workers were friendly and efficient. Evan and Kevin were very knowledgeable, and always asked my opinion on the work. They did a great job.

They were wonderful. I was very satisfied with both the cleanup and and restoration of my home. They always came when they said they would and they were always were on time. The work looked great. This was an excellent service I would recommend to anyone.

I called Servpro on a Saturday. Free estimates are given on the weekdays so I scheduled a time for them to come the following Monday. They showed up on-time and looked at everything. I was told that I would have the quote on Wednesday via email. Friday came and still no quote. I had to call them and then wait until Saturday to hear back. I did not personally take the call as I was not available, but the person that spoke with them relayed the details on the representative not recalling the exact quote amount and just setting it at around $2000. The situation needing addressed is a single wall of a room that is roughly 3x6ft.

I'm not demanding priority, but forgetting to even follow up with someone inquiring about your services is absurd. Find someone who will has follow-up abilities.
