I thought my girlfriend could clean great, but Mrs Essie (owner) and Hannah (cleaner) showed me a new level of clean and did an amazing job to my home! They cleaned areas that I wouldn’t expect to be dirty. Whether you are moving in, moving out, need a nice deep clean, or need a commercial cleaning service, CRP Cleaning service is the only way to go. I will never go back to another service. These are the hardest working ladies that treat their clients with loyalty, honesty, and respect. Least expensive pricing based off square footage and the least expensive cleaning service I could find in Jacksonville, FL. Will be recommending to all my friends for house cleaning.

Essie was quick to respond to our initial quote request and was cleaning my home within 24 hours. CRP deep cleaned every inch of my home within just a few hours and I'm so pleased with the results! It is such a relief to come home to a spotless house. The team all wore masks while cleaning and were professional and personable. I will be scheduling reoccurring cleanings. Go ahead and hire Essie and her crew, you won't regret it!

American Maids is top notch. Essie and Calvin did a fantastic job cleaning my condo after i moved out. It was quite a job but they made it look new again. Very professional and hard working team. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them for future work.

I will have them back! Fast, efficient and detailed. Price was fair based on results. They sent 3 people, one began at 830 and cleaned all the bathrooms before 2 more young women came and they completed the 2500 square feet of cleaning in a few hours. I had the deep clean and my house smells and looks wonderful!!! Ask for Melissa. She is the best! Very professional and easy to talk too. Did everything I ask her to do.

Our house was left in pretty bad shape after renting it out for a few years. There was heavy duty cleaning, painting, repairing, power washing needed and Essie/crew were able to handle EVERYTHING! We even faced some difficulties with power and water connection and they were flexible working around all hurdles.
CRP crew was professional, reliable and affordable. After a week of work our house was clean, repainted (entire house 3000 sqft) and restored to former glory.

This is my experience:

I needed a cleaning company to clean our home quickly before we moved in since previous owners did not clean when moving out. Not only was Essie the best priced around for a "move in" deep clean but she was also extremely nice and was able to get me in quickly at a great price. She sent a crew of 3 over. They were extremely nice, well mannered, and did a wonderful job cleaning. When I came to inspect after they left, they missed a few minor things. She immediately apologized when I let her know and she sent her husband over to correct the issues. He was very nice and immediately fixed those issues so our home would be left the way we wanted it cleaned. With such a great 1st time experience, I contacted Essie again to clean our rental home so we can hand the keys back over. She managed again to work me in quickly and was extremely nice. She gave me another great price to do a "move out" deep clean. This time she had a crew of 2 and herself making it 3. All were polite and nice. They worked so hard! She let me know when they left and I went back to inspect. Again, just a few minor things was left untouched. One was sweeping off the back porch. She said they normally do not include that into their cleaning but she will gladly do it for me no problem. She also swept out the garage(I asked her because they normally do not include this into the cleaning also). She quickly came back with her husband and they cleaned the few things that was missed primarily due to weather causing them to not be able to do, such as the windows. She and her husband did them with no hesitation and left our property in top condition. I plan to hand the rental keys back over and am expecting to get my full deposit back. This company is great and I will be using them again in the future! I highly recommend them and give a 5 star rating because cleaning is hard work, not easy in least bit, but they do a great job at a great price with excellent customer service! Essie & her team came out & did a move in clean for us on a home we are purchasing & she did an amazing job. She even called to let me know concerns or things she found as she cleaned that I needed to know. I found her pricing very reasonable & I absolutely love that she cleans with natural products as I am chemically sensitive & have kids & pets who I also want to protect. We also used her husband to steam cleaning the floors & they look amazing! We will def use them again in the future.

I contacted a variety of cleaning services in the area to see about having my old house move-out cleaned prior to putting it up for sale. The price I received from CRP Cleaning was lower than any of the other services that I had contacted, Essie and her crew were able to come out sooner than anyone else I had contacted, and they spent all the time it took to make sure that when I got off work and went to inspect the house, that there was no way I couldn't be pleased with the results.

I can't say I have ever seen the master bathroom literally sparkle like it did after they were through, and even after years living in the house with multiple pets, they were able to get the carpets looking the best they have in years! Fantastic job, great pricing, courteous, professional, and the sort of people that are an absolute delight to deal with! Even though Essie was feeling a bit under the weather, and her husband was as well, they were still both very cordial and cheery! If ever I need cleaning services again, I won't be contacting anyone else, and I'll be recommending them to anyone I meet that is looking for cleaning services.

Essie and her team are wonderful! We are out of state landlords and Essie worked with me every step of the way to get our rental cleaned up after a tenant. Her team did a wonderful job! CRP has been a fantastic cleaning service! I’ve relied on the team for a little over a year now, and they keep getting better and better. Everyone I’ve contacted has been friendly, professional, and extremely responsive. I have a 2600 sq ft home and I’m always impressed with their detailed cleaning work. Whenever I’ve had feedback, rarely mind you, they’ve been receptive and welcoming. My kitchen is spotless, my dishwasher emptied, dishes I left in my sink are cleaned, my floors look amazing, and my bathrooms clean enough to eat in (if that’s your thing). I have two small kiddos and a cat who sheds a lot. Keeping the place clean is no small feat, yet they always manage to make the house sparkle. They even brought a package in for me that was delivered while they were cleaning a few weeks ago. Customer service means the world to me since it’s an industry I work in (so I’m a stickler), and they show me time and again they value and appreciate me. I love what they do for me. I have a hectic life, and they make me feel pampered when they come by to clean. They’re affordable, pleasant, flexible with my crazy schedule, and incredibly courteous. I called American Maids to come over and do a deep clean before our baby was born in July. Essie called me, came over, and gave me a reasonable estimate for a deep clean. From the moment her and her crew arrived, they had a mission to get our house spotless! Essie did an amazing job making sure our kitchen was sparkling clean! The rest of the house was immaculate and looked amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better deep clean and can’t wait for them to come over again!! American Maids has been the most consistent and thorough cleaners we have had in Cincinnati. They are also pretty flexible with our schedule demands. To top it off, their rates are comparable to cleaners that do not do nearly as good a job. I definitely recommend them.

Essie and her team at CRP were amazing! They are reliable and accommodating. We needed a move out cleaning with only a week left to get it done and she fit us in just 2 days after contacting them. We also had not set up a carpet cleaning before her and her team had shown up for the cleaning. After telling Essie that we had not yet set up any carpet cleaning but planned to try to get it done in a couple days, she offered to clean the carpets as well while doing the rest of the house. She gave us a great price even with it being a last minute add on! They did a great job and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

Essie and her team are great. I’ve utilized American Maids cleaning service more than a dozen times and have always been satisfied. I’ve had one unfavorable experience, and without my asking or request, Essie came back the following day to completely re-clean my home.

Essie, Calvin, and their team were incredible. From the first time I met Essie (before cleaning), I would’ve given 5 stars. She was so much fun to talk to & very respectful of our space.
We have 5 dogs in our home at the moment. Calvin & the team went through every crevice of our home, probably got up 10lbs of dog hair we couldn’t even see & dander from every surface. Our house smells, looks, & feels amazing.

They are awesome!! My house really needed a deep clean, and they did such a good job we brought them back to clean the upstairs rooms. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Essie even helped my mom make the best soup ever, gave her great advice. Seeing the finished product after their service was like seeing a brand new home!

American Maids came to clean for us today and our house is SPOTLESS! I have not ever seen it this clean. I had the date wrong in my head (was totally my fault) and when I called to ask if they were coming this morning they were able to accommodate me and swap days. I really appreciate the flexibility and excellent customer service, especially since it can be so difficult to pick up all of our kids toys ahead of the cleaning and our dog was scheduled to be at the vet today. We also had more time needed than expected, and they sent two additional people to help out to ensure we got the cleaning we expected and close to our quote.

This is the first time I have ever had professional deep cleaning done, and I am absolutely amazed with how good my house looks, smells and feels! Ms. Essie, her husband, Calvin, and their employee were very nice, professional, and did an excellent job of turning my house into sparkling perfection-almost made me forget that two dogs live here cause it smells so good! And the carpets are absolutely beautiful. The cleaner & technique they used brushes while it cleans and pulls everything out of the carpet leaving it barely damp and absolutely beautiful-even a couple stains I had worked before are now completely gone! I am blessed to have come across this group! Will definitely be scheduling for bimonthly cleanings and carpet cleanings every few months. Worth every penny to feel so relaxed in your own house!
