Wow, this is the best tree company I have ever used. They use modern techniques like Hydraulic arms and semi automated saws to keep the employees safely on the ground when possible. They removed a very large maple tree from my yard in under 2 hours. They also cleaned up so well that had I not taken a few pictures you would not know they were here. I can't give Petrarca Landcare a high enough rating. Thanks for the work and I know who to call next time I need tree work!

We needed 5 trees and a huge oak extensively trimmed in our back yard. Our home backs up with a hill to a small ravine, we also have a narrow side yard, and it’s problematic to get into with large equipment. Because this is such a tough area to do work in, we were concerned about the workers safety, equipment access, our yard and house, the neighbors house and all the other safety issues that can be involved in working in a difficult area. We had to make sure we had the right fit for the job. We had several estimates from different companies, and found there are different ways to approach this particular problem. Cost was a factor too, so we needed a company that was reasonable in it’s charges for the work to be done. We found Andrew from Petrarca Lawn care uses a phenomenal piece of equipment called a tree claw, (or grapple saw) to both cut, and remove the trees, and trim the oak, we knew this was the right person for the job.

It was amazing to see the tree claw device in action, a job that would normally take 2 or 3 days done safely, in half a day. Everything was professionally handled, the work itself excellent, cleaned up, with no damage anywhere, you wouldn’t know they were here except for the trees that were removed. Everyone on the crew was happy and friendly. It makes a difference to hire a professional, Certified Arborist to do the job right! We are extremely happy with the work that was done for us and highly recommend Petrarca Lawncare.

Andrew and his crew did an outstanding job for us. They worked extremely hard and their efforts and positive attitudes were a breath of fresh air this day in age. I would recommend them to anyone. Andrew is very knowledgeable and passionate about trees. I thoroughly enjoyed walking our property with him discussing which ones to remove and which ones to trim.

Would absolutely recommend them. Good price, cleaned up like you wouldn’t have known they were there, very professional and friendly, nice to my grandson and dog! They did a phenomenal job and we will use them again if needed.

They did a great job removing my tree that was towering right in between my house and my neighbor’s. The crew knocked out my removal in less than 3 hours. The operation is like a well oiled machine. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Petrarca removed 4 large trees from our neighbor's property and 1 small one from ours in about 2 hours. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. Our tree was in the middle of a planting bed, immediately adjacent to our house and they didn't disturb anything else other than the tree. And they cleaned up thoroughly, including raking up small branches, twigs and leaves. I highly recommend them!

Petrarca Landcare is a great group to work with...we added a French Drain which required extensive grading...Andrew's crew did a great job...the grade needed to be adjusted for better flow...Andrew & his crew came back...regraded at N/C to us...Nice😎

Petrarca has been our go-to arborist for years. They are very experienced, careful, and attentive to the client's requests. Very efficient and great clean-up afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

I just wish I could give this company TEN STARS. We had a tree fall during a brief windstorm Tuesday morning. After trying two other tree services, this is the one that had a live person answer the phone. Tina was so helpful and concerned. The tree had split in two and fell across the road. Local Township cleared the street and pushed the debris into our yard and half a tree was barely standing. Tina gave a quote, scheduled the crew and put our mind at ease. The crew is PROFESSIONAL, arrived as scheduled and 90 minutes later, you couldn’t tell there was ever any problem. They even ‘squeegeed’ the street! Highly recommend.

These guys came out through my insurance after the storm/tornado outburst near the Cleveland area on 8/6/2024. Had a huge oak tree down in the backyard that spanned three yards, with my backyard getting the canopy of the tree. These guys, even after working all day in other areas post-storm were on it and made it the very next day. They stayed until it was completely removed and cleaned up every bit into the night. Super friendly, and left my driveway cleaner than I had it before the storm hit. Watching the claw remove the limbs was a sight to see. I've recommended these guys to a few people asking about tree removal and would again!

Storm dropped a tree on my detached garage. Called on a Monday and Petrarca was there that afternoon. Great service. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up any mess. I’d recommend.

The folks at Petrarca Landcare are great. Two years ago they removed a large Maple tree safely and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. Recently, they pruned, removed dead branches and shaped my enormous Elm tree, a curbside Maple and an overgrown Holly tree, again efficiently and reasonably. I highly recommend Petrarca for all your tree services.

We had Petrarca come and do our mulching as well as some seasonal pruning. After the first visit there were some quality issues and they very quickly sent a crew out the next day to alleviate. After the second day, there were still issues including a stolen / missing landscape light, and missing obvious plants to prune among other things. When trying to contact, I have been ghosted. 5 calls over 2 weeks with voicemails every time, some on the office phone, some on the personal cell given by the estimator. Multiple emails with no response. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at this company.

Edit 8/20:
Andrew did reach out and got replacement landscape lights for us and a crew sent out another time. He also said he would address the communication issues with various staff members. They did a better job of pruning, but after we specifically walked the property and told them every exact thing to do. Even after this, they completely removed 2 columbines that we did not say to remove and left other debris from cleanups. At this point it's not worth the headache.

These guys are top notch. They have the equipment to get the job done. I hired Petrarca to remove an absolutely massive 50+ ft tall maple tree that was leaning over our house. They told me they’d be at the house to start at 9am. I figured I’d take an early lunch break at 10:30am and run their check to them - I figured by that time they’d have started getting into really cutting it down.. By the time I got home, they were already packing up the trucks and leaving. They have very nice, super efficient equipment. They made quick work of that huge tree. If you need a tree removed, don’t mess around. Call these guys, they’ll take care of you.

Lifted a 1,000 lb. boiler with his crane down what i would refer to as a 35 ft crevace with such precision, it was awesome. Watched the entire thing with awe. Highly recommend.

I couldn't have been more impressed with the service provided by Petrarca. There were very old and large oak trees on either side of my driveway that were cut down and hauled away. The equipment used to lift away limbs as large as full grown trees was quite impressive and skillfully handled. I was surprised that they were able to complete the job in one day due to the size of the two trees.The crew also took the time to rake the leaves and small sticks out of the yard and blow the leaves off of the roof of the house, and were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Petrarca for tree removal services, without hesitation.

Konrad and his helper were polite and professional. Happily did a small amount of additional work that wasn’t originally quoted while they were there. Employees spoke very highly of their employer and they left my yard looking better than it did when they arrived.
