We called them out for A/C and Heater replacement. Sokol the business owner came out to personlly evaluate our needs and give us his best commendation. They were the only one that would install the HVAC system we wanted. We had separate ductwork for our main house and the attached mother in law suite. We wanted to unify the ductwork so that we would need only one HVAC system. They came in several thousand dollars less than all of their competitors. Add in their high quality install work and their conversational nature. Shoutout to the Smith Brothers. I would recommend them above all others if you need HVAC work done.

We met Sokol Durici, owner of ComfortPro Heating and Cooling and staff at the Stark County Home and Garden show. We were considering replacing our 20 year old furnace. They were very friendly and provided us with general information, so we scheduled them to come out and give us a price. The owner came out, and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did the necessary testing and advised us of the type of system that was best suited for our house and our needs. We had some areas of our home that were cold in the winter, and hot in the summer. He explained the problem, and gave us solutions to address it. We had scheduled other companies to come out the following week, and ended up with 3 good bids. We choose the “best” bid for the job. We were completely sold on having ComfortPro do the work for us. All of the work went according to plan. The Smith Brothers did our installation. They were very professional knowledgeable, and provided friendly service. They completed the installation quickly and cleaned up leaving everything the way they found it. They made sure we had no questions. Great service! Next, Will Harvey, came to calibrate and check everything over to make sure everything was working properly. Again, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. The owner, and his company, goes above and beyond in every aspect of the job.
